Abstract
Gelişen teknolojiye göre küresel pazarlarda ticaret hızlı bir seyir izlemektedir. Tedarik zincirinin tedarik sürecinden son kullanıcıya kadar entegre yönetimi firmaların performansını etkilemektedir. Amaçlanan rekabet avantajı ancak tedarik zinciri yönetiminde iyi tasarlanmış bir bilgi yönetimi yapısı ve izlenebilirlik ile elde edilebilmektedir. Özellikle Endüstri 4.0 ile birlikte, tedarik zinciri performansını artırmak için bilgi teknolojileri yoğun bir şekilde kullanılmaya başlanmış ve dijital dönüşüm hızlanmıştır. Bilgi teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler şirketlerin tedarik zinciri yeteneklerine de yansımaktadır. Blok zincir teknolojisinin temel özellikleri göz önünde bulundurulduğunda, tedarik zincirinde doğru ve güvenilir bilgi akışını sağlanmasında rol oynayabileceği görülmüştür. Bu sistemin veri yanlışlığını önleyen güvenlik yapısı ile aracıların elimine edilmesi, maliyet tasarrufu ve işlemlerin hızlandırılması gibi bazı önemli çözümleri şirketlere ve müşterilere sunduğu görülmektedir. Buna istinaden bu çalışmada, tedarik zincirinde blok zincir teknolojisini uygulayan 11 şirket üzerinden yapılan durum çalışması incelenmiş ve blok zincir teknolojisinin şirketlere ne gibi faydalar sağladığı araştırılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmanın sonucunda, blok zincir teknolojisindeki şeffaf ve izlenebilir yapının, bu teknolojiyi uygulayan tüm şirketler üzerinde, tedarik zinciri problemlerinin çözümü için genel fayda sağladığı görülmüştür.
Trade in global markets progresses in rapid flow according to the developing technology. In the literature review it was seen that; the integrated management of the supply chain, starting from the procurement process to the end user, affects the performance of firms. The intended competitive advantage can only be achieved with a well-designed knowledge management structure in supply chain management. Especially with Industry 4.0, information technologies have been intensively used to increase supply chain performance and digital transformation has accelerated. Developments in information technologies are reflected in the supply chain capabilities of companies. It has been seen that block chain technology can play a role in ensuring accurate and reliable information flow in the supply chain. It is seen that this system offers some important solutions to companies and customers such as eliminating intermediaries, cost savings and speeding up transactions with its security structure that prevents data error. Based on this, in this study, it has been investigated what benefits this technology has provided to companies with the case study conducted on 11 companies that apply blockchain technology in the supply chain. As a result of the work carried out, it is seen that the transparent and traceable structure in block chain technology provides general benefits for the solution of supply chain problems on all companies that apply this technology.
