Özet
Bu çalışmada bağımsız denetim yapmakla yetkilendirilmiş, Türkiye’deki ve Dünya’daki bağımsız denetim firmalarının, nasıl bir organizasyon tipi ve yapısına sahip oldukları incelenmiştir. Hangi organizasyon yapısının ve yönetiminin bağımsız denetim firmaları için bu konuda daha iyi olduğu araştırılmıştır. Organizasyon yapısının ve yönetiminin bu firmalar için ne derece önemli olduğu ve organizasyon yapılarının firma için yeterli olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Firma organizasyonundaki yönetimde yer alan denetçilerin görev ve yetkileri, bağımsız denetim yapmak için ve partner olabilmek için hangi belgelere sahip olmaları gerektiği vurgulanmıştır. Firma büyüdükçe ve yayıldıkça organizasyon yapılarının değişimi ve gelişimi incelemektir.
In this study, the independent audit firms in Turkey and the World, whose authorized to do independent audit, have been examined how they have a type of organization and structure. It is investigated which organization structure and governance is better for independent audit firms in this regard. It also has been examined that the organization structure and governance to what extent important for the firms and whether the organizational structure is adequate for the firms. It is emphasized that the assignments and authorization of auditors in the organization management and which documents they must have to do independent audit and be a partner. When the firm grows and expands, the development and variation of its organizational structure have been examined.
