dc.description.abstractHisse piyasalarının küresel anlamdaki büyüklüğünün günümüzde ulaştığı seviyeler ve teknolojinin giderek artan etkisi, bireysel ve kurumsal yatırımcılar açısından yatırımlarda ciddi bir bilgi donanımı ve uzmanlığı zorunlu hale getirmektedir. Yatırım kuruluşları tarafından yatırımcılara bu anlamda destek veren Araştırma ve Yatırım Danışmanlığı gibi bölümler tarafından hazırlanan finansal tavsiyelere daha çabuk ulaşımın yanı sıra analistler tarafından makro ve mikro anlamdaki gelişmelere yönelik daha hızlı hazırlanmış analizler yatırımcıların gün geçtikçe aynı hızla aksiyon almalarına zemin oluşturmaktadır. Teknolojik alt yapının her geçen yıl piyasada işlem hızının artmasına olanak sağlayacak şekilde gelişmesi ve bu paralelde algoritmik işlemlerin ağırlığının artması, hisse senedi yatırımlarında vadeyi düşüren faktörler olarak dikkat çekmektedir. Söz konusu gelişimi ülkemizde Borsa İstanbul'da da gözlemekteyiz. Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu tarafından yayınlanan veriler gerek yerli gerek yabancı yatırımcı tarafında hisse senedi elde tutma sürelerinin kısaldığını ortaya koymaktadır. Davranışsal finans açısından da ele alındığında kısalan elde tutma süresi etkisiyle yayınlanan hisse senedi raporlarının ilk gün itibariyle yatırımcı davranışlarını da etkilediği görülmektedir. Bu çalışma ile analist tavsiyelerinin ilk gün hisselerde oluşturduğu etkiyi ölçmek amaçlanmaktadır. Hisse senedi piyasasında gerileyen vade içinde bu çalışma finansal tavsiyelerin ilk gün etkisini tespit etmek anlamında önem taşımaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular daha önce yapılan çalışmaları destekler nitelikte yatırım kuruluşlarının çıkardığı finansal tavsiyelerin ilk işlem gününde şirket hisse performanslarını etkilediğini göstermektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe increasing influence of the global levels of stock markets on the levels and technology that has been achieved today makes serious information equipment and expertise compulsory when investing in terms of individual and institutional investors. In addition to faster access to financial recommendations prepared by departments such as Research and Investment Advisory, which supports investors in this sense, investors are quicker to prepare analysts for macro and micro-based developments and provide a basis for investors to take action at a faster pace. The technological infrastructure has been developed in a way to increase the speed of the transaction in the market every year and the weight of the algorithmic transactions in this parallel increases the maturity of the stock investments..We are also observing the development in the Stock Exchange Istanbul in our country. The data issued by the Central Registry Agency shows that hold times for stock holdings are shortened either by domestic or foreign investors.In terms of behavioral finance, it is also observed that investor behavior affects the stock market reports published on the first day due to the influence of the holding period, which is shortened when taken into consideration.This study aims to measure the effect of analysts' recommendations on the first day's shares. In the period of declining in the stock market, this study is important in terms of determining the first day effect of financial recommendations. The findings support previous studies and show that the financial recommendations issued by investment institutions affect the company's stock performance on the first trading day.en_US
