dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası (TCMB) Başkanı, Amerikan Merkez Bankası (FED) Başkanı ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Ekonomi Bakanı tarafından yapılan ekonomik içerikli açıklamaların ekonomik verilere ve verilere ait volatiliteye etkisi incelenmiştir. Ayrıca seçilen ekonomi otoritelerinin hangisinin ekonomik verilere daha fazla etki ettiği tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır Bu çerçevede 2011-2014 dönemine ait Borsa İstanbul 100 Endeksi İşlem Hacmi ve döviz kuru günlük verileri ve ekonomi otoritelerinin yaptığı açıklamalar alınarak koşullu varyans modelleriyle incelenmiştir. dc.description.abstractIn this study, the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) Chairman, Federal Reserve Bank (Fed) Chairman of the Republic of Turkey and of the economic content of the statement made by the Minister of Economy on economic data and data volatility has been investigated. It has also studied with have tried to determine the selected economies authority of which the economic data to more acts on Stock Exchanges of the 2011-2014 period in the framework of the Istanbul 100 Index Trading Volume and exchange rate conditional variance based on his description of log data and economic authority.
