dc.description.abstractMeslek seçimi bireyin tüm hayatını etkileyen en önemli kararlardan biridir. Meslek seçimi sürecinde ve sonrasında, bireyin hayatını etkileyen bir diğer süreç ise kariyer planlama/tercihi sürecidir. Kariyer planlama/tercihi, bireyin mesleğini hangi kurumlarda ve nasıl bir pozisyonda yapma isteğini ifade etmektedir. Meslek seçim ve kariyer planlama/tercih süreçlerini etkileyen benzer veya farklı değişkenler söz konusudur. Bu çalışmanın amacı, bireylerin meslek seçim sürecinde etkisi altında kaldığı faktörler ile kariyer planlama/tercih sürecinde önem verdiği kriter arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Bu çalışmada literatür çalışması ve uzman görüşleri dikkate alınarak bireylerin meslek seçimini etkileyen faktörler ve kariyer planlama/tercihinde göz önünde bulundurduğu kriterler belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra her bir birey için kariyer planlama/tercihini etkileyen kriterlerin önemleri Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi yöntemi ile hesaplanmıştır. Sonraki aşamada ise meslek seçimini etkileyen faktörler ile bireyin kariyer planlama/tercihini etkileyen en önemli kriter arasındaki ilişki ise yapay sinir ağı modeli ile incelenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractJob selection is one of the most important decisions that affect the whole life of the person. Career planning and selection process is another process that affects the life of the person during and after the job selection process. Career planning and selection expresses the desire of person to perform his/her profession in which institutions and in what position. There are similar and different parameters that affect job selection and career planning and selection processes. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the factors that people are affected by in the job selection -and the criteria that they attach importance to in the career planning and selection process. In this study, the factors affecting the job selection and the criteria taken into consideration in career planning and selection process are determined by considering the literature review and expert opinions. Then, the importance of each criterion affecting career planning and selection process for each person is calculated by the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process. In the next step, the relationship between the factors affecting the job selection and the most important criterion affecting the affecting career planning and selection process of the person iss examined with the artificial neural network model.en_US
