Özet
Gayrimenkul sektöründe rekabetin artmasıyla geleneksel pazarlama anlayışı yerini daha farklı çağın gerektirdiği pazarlama anlayışına bırakmaya başlamıştır. Diğer sektörlerde var olan ve hızla gelişerek uygulaması yaygınlaşan dijital pazarlama gayrimenkul sektöründe de uygulanmaya başlamıştır. Dijital pazarlamada kullanılan tekniklerle birlikte, işletmeler rekabette öne geçmeye başlamışlardır. Seo, gelir ortaklığı, viral pazarlama, rss, ppc, rakip benchmarkı, web analitik, testler ve mobil pazarlama gibi teknik ve yöntemler dijital pazarlamada rekabet üstünlüğü sağlamaktadır. Ancak sektörde belli bir sistematiğe henüz oturtulamamış olmakla birlikte "Dijital pazarlama" yakın zamanda tek kullanılan pazarlama tekniği olma yolunda hızla ilerlemektedir.
In the real estate industry, digital marketing started taking the place of traditional marketing. Digital marketing has also been started to be applied in the real estate sector, which is commonly used in other sectors and which is rapidly developing and spreading it's applications. Companies started to get advantage in competition by the help of the techniques used in digital marketing. Techniques and methods such as seo, affiliate marketing, viral marketing, rss, ppc, competitor benchmarking, web analytics, tests and mobile marketing would help companies to have competitive advantage. However, "Digital Marketing" is rapidly becoming the only used marketing technique in the near future even though it has not yet been systematically stable in the sector.
