Özet
Çalışmamız genelinde günümüzde hala Türkiye Cumhuriyetini Uluslararası platformda soykırım yapmakla suçlamaya çalışan Ermenilerin Zorunlu Göçü irdelenmiştir. Ermeni Göçü Osmanlı Hükümetince çıkartılan tehcir kanunu çerçevesinde gereklilik ve hoşgörü prensibi dahilinde uygulanan resmi bir yasadır. Dönemin gerekliliği olarak uygulanan bu yasa Ermeni diasporasının ve Ermeni komitelerinin vatan savunması esnasında birlik olarak karşıt güç oluşturmaları sonucunda meydana gelmiştir. Ermeni milliyetçiliği ile alakası olmayan tüm dünyanın birbiri ile savaştığı, Osmanlının ise pek çok cephede bu savaşı sürdürdüğü esnada yıllar boyu Osmanlı egemenliğinde refah içinde yaşayan Ermenilerin dış güçlerle bir olarak içerde kargaşa ve isyanlar çıkarması neticesinde ülkenin güneyine nakli gerçekleştirilmek zorunda kalmıştır. Gerekli belgelere de değinilerek çalışmamızda bu amaç doğrultusunda zorunlu göçü konu edinmiştir.
In general, our work today is still trying to accuse Forced Migration of Armenians genocide, the Republic of Turkey in the international arena are discussed. Armenian Migration is a formal law applied within the framework of the Ottoman Government issued deportation law requirements and the principle of tolerance. As the period of implementation of this law as a requirement that the Armenian diaspora and Armenian troops defending the motherland during the committee was formed as a result of opposing forces create. All unrelated to the Armenian nationalism in the world that war with each other, has forced the Ottoman Empire is to be performed on many fronts, it continued the fight while for years the Ottoman Armenians living in welfare dominated inside with foreign powers as a chaos, and as a result of a riot in southern transporting the country. Our study has obtained a certificate of reference necessary for this purpose subject to forced migration.
