Çalışanların örgütsel bağlılık ile örgütsel özdeşleşme davranışının yeşil örgütsel davranış üzerindeki etkisinde çevre tutkusunun aracı rolü

Özet
Bu araştırmada, İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren Çevre Yönetim Belgesine (ISO 14001) sahip üç kamu kurumunda çalışanların örgütsel bağlılık davranışı, çevre tutkusu, örgütsel özdeşleşme ve yeşil örgütsel davranışı arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi, kavramlar arasındaki etkilerin düzeylerinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan araştırmada yargısal örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında kamu kurumlarında çalışan 780 personele anket formu dağıtılmış ve katılımcılardan toplanan veriler analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcılara uygulanan anket sonucunda elde edilen verilerin analiz edilmesinde SPSS 24, AMOS 24 ve PROCESS programları kullanılmıştır. Teori odaklı modelleri test etmek için ise yapısal eşitlik modellemesi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, araştırmada ele alınan örgütsel bağlılık, çevre tutkusu, örgütsel özdeşleşme ve yeşil örgütsel davranış kavramlarının birbiri ile pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı ilişkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte aracı değişken analizinde, çalışanların örgütsel bağlılık davranışının yeşil örgütsel davranış üzerindeki etkisinde çevre tutkusunun kısmi aracı rolünün bulunduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca örgütsel özdeşleşmenin yeşil örgütsel davranış üzerindeki etkisinde çevre tutkusunun tam aracı rolünün olduğu bulgulanmıştır. Yazında yeşil örgütsel davranışın yeni bir kavram olması ve bu dört kavramın birlikte incelendiği bir çalışmaya rastlanmamış olmasından dolayı, elde edilen sonuçların çevresel sürdürülebilirlik ve yeşil örgüt kavramlarını ele alan örgütsel davranış yazınına özgün bir katkı sağlayacağı öngörülmektedir.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among organizational commitment, environmental passion, organizational identification and green organizational behaviour of the employees in three public institutions with the Environmental Management Certificate (ISO 14001) in İstanbul, and to reveal the level of effects among each other. Judgmental sampling method was used in this study. Within the scope of the research, a survey was distributed to 780 employees in public institutions and the data collected from the participants were analyzed. SPSS 24, AMOS 24 and PROCESS programs were used to analyse the data obtained as a result of the questionnaire applied to the participants. Structural equation modeling was applied to test the theory- oriented models. As a result of the research, it was determined that the organizational commitment, environmental passion, organizational identification and green organizational behavior are positively and significantly related to each other. In addition, in the mediating variable analysis, it was revealed that environmental passion has a partial mediating role in the effect of employees' organizational commitment behavior on green organizational behavior. Furthermore, it has been determined that environmental passion has a full mediating role in the effect of organizational identification on green organizational behavior. Since green organizational behaviour is a new concept in the literature and there is no study in which these four concepts are examined together, it is predicted that the results obtained will make a unique contribution to the organizational behavior literature that deals with the concepts of environmental sustainability and green organization.
