Özet
Çalışmamızda Türkiye için büyük önem taşıyan dış ticaret konusu çerçevesinde Türkiye’nin dış ticaret sistemi ve sorunları incelenmiştir. Dış Ticaret Sistemi ülkenin dış ticaret işlemlerini teşkil eden ithalat ve ihracat ile ilgili tüm mevzuat ile oluşturulmuş uygulama ve yapıyı ifade etmektedir. Çalışmamızda Türkiye’nin Dış Ticaret Sistemi Uluslararası Anlaşmalar ve Dış Ticaret İç Mevzuat olarak iki başlık altında toplanmıştır. Dış ticaret sisteminde karşılaşılan sorunlar dış ticaret firmalarındaki uzmanlarla yapılan derinlemesine mülakat sonuçları çalışmamızda yer almaktadır.
In this research study foreign trade system and trouble of Turkey was investigated within the framework subject of foreign trade which is of great importance for Turkey. Foreign trade system refers to practice and structure composed by all legislation about export and import which are creative for the country's foreign trade transaction. In this research study, foreign trade system of Turkey has gathered under two subtitles;international agreements and domestic legislation. In foreign trade system problems which have been encountered take part in the study as interview results which are done profoundly with experts in foreign trade companies.
