Özet
Bu çalısmada, küresellesme süreciyle birlikte, ulusasırı sirketler ve bu sirketlerin dogrudan yabancı sermaye yatırım politikaları incelenerek, dünyanın yeni ekonomik gücü olma yönünde ilerleyen Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti'nin ekonomik gelisim süreci ve bu gelisimin temel nedeni olan Çin'in dogrudan yabancı sermaye yatırım politikaları ortaya konmaya çalısılmıstır. Özellikle gelismekte olan ülkeler, hedefledikleri ekonomik gelisimi saglayabilmek amacıyla dogrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımları kendi ülkelerine çekebilmek için büyük çaba sarf etmektedirler. Bunun nedeni dogrudan yabancı yatırımların sagladıgı sermaye, yeni teknoloji, istihdam artısı ve genis dıs pazar olanaklarından yararlanma istegidir. Bu noktada hiç kuskusuz en önemli ilerlemeyi kaydeden ülke Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti'dir. stikrarlı hükümetler, yüksek tasarruf ve yatırım oranları, dinamik ticaret, yatırım ve sanayi politikaları, stratejik planlama ve dogru makro ekonomik politikalar Çin'in bugünkü duruma gelmesinin temel nedenleridir.
In this study, we tried to explain the economic development process of the People Republics of China which is advancing to be the world?s new economic power and the foreign direct capital investments policies of China, which are the main reasons of this development; by reviewing the multinational companies and their direct foreign capital investment policies in along with globalisation process. Especially the developing countries are putting so much effort into attracting the foreign capital investments into their countries in order to achive their trageted economic growth. The reasons of this are the capital provided with the foreign direct investments, new technology. Increase in employment and desire to realize the huge foreign market opportunities. At this point, certanly the People Republics of China is the country which recorded the most advancement. Stable governments, high savings and investment ratio, dynamic trade, investment and ındustrypolicies, strategic planning and accurate macroeconomic policies are the main reasons of China?s movement into his current situation.
