Özet
Bu çalışmada, 1.Yüzyılda Mühendis Heron'un icat ettiği buhar tribününden, Baykar firmasının üzerinde çalışmaları devam eden uçan araba Cezeri'ye, 1947 yılında 167m2 ve 30 tonluk ilk bilgisayar ENIAC dan, 151mm ve 168gr cep telefonlarına geçildiği Endüstri devrimleri incelenmiştir. İnsanları, bir amaç veya hedef etrafında toplamak için motive etmemiz gerekmekte. Sokrates'in dediği gibi "Yönetim, sanatların en eskisi, bilimlerin en yenisidir". İnsanların işlerini kolaylaştırmak maksadıyla tasarlanan, üretilen ve pazarlanan teknolojik aletlerin, insanların amacına dönüştüğüne şahitlik etmekteyiz. Bu çalışmada dijital dönüşüm ve motivasyonun tarihçesi, kazanımları ve kaybettirdiklerini incelenmiştir. Her iki kavramında literatür kayıtları ışığında Ülkemiz ve Dünya genelinde hangi aşamalardan geçtikleri incelenmiştir. Çalışmada kolayda örneklem yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ülkemiz ve Dünya genelinde dijital dönüşüme öncülük yapan bir şirketin AR-GE çalışanları başta olmak üzere, kurumların yönetim, üretim ve idari personeli ile 24 soruluk motivasyon anketi ve 11 soruluk dijital dönüşüm anketi uygulanmıştır. Gelen 262 yanıttan 261'i geçerli sayılmıştır. Yanıtlar istatistik programı aracılığı ile yorumlanmış ve sonuç; dijital dönüşümün içsel ve dışsal motivasyon üzerinde pozitif etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmanın amacı, çalışanların dijital dönüşümü nasıl anladıkları ve motivasyonlarına nasıl bir etkisi olduğunu inceleyerek, literatüre katkı sağlamaktır.
In this thesis, from the steam turbine invented by Engineer Her in the 1st century, to Cezeri the flying vehicle which is continues to research by Baykar company, to In 1947 the first computer of 167m2 and 30 tons was from ENIAC, Industrial revolutions, in which 151mm and 168gr mobile phones were used, were examined. We are witnessing that technological tools that are designed, produced and marketed to facilitate people's work are transformed into societies main purposes. We need to motivate our civilization to gather around a purpose or goal. According to Socrates, "Management is the oldest of the arts and the newest of the sciences". In this dissertation, the history of digital transformation motivation and gains and losses of this subject were examined. In the knowledge of literature records the stages of both concepts in our country and in the world were examined.In this study Quantitative Research Technique was used. In this treatise has been applied a motivational questionnaire of 24 questions and a digital transformation questionnaire of 11 questions to the production and administrative personnel. Especially the R&D employees of a company that pioneers digital transformation in our country and around the world, to the management of institutions questionnaire was applied. Of the 262 responses received, 261 were considered valid. The answers were interpreted through the statistics program and the result was; It has been seen that digital transformation has a positive effect on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. The ambition of this study is to contribute to the literature by examining how employees figure out digital transformation and how it influence their motivation.
