| dc.description.abstract | Fen ve mühendislik bölümlerinin programlarında yer alan temel bilim derslerinde bilgisayar kullanımı özellikle bu derslerde kullanılan matematiksel yöntemlerin öğrenilmesini kolaylaştırmaktadır. Örneğin. bilgisayar programları sayesinde koordinat sistemleri ve aralarındaki dönüşümler daha kolay anlatılabilmektedir. Bu çalışma yapılırken “Polar Koordinatlar” konusu seçilmiş ve öncelikle konu klasik ders anlatımı ile verilmiştir; daha sonra ise yine aynı konu “Matematikçi Programı” ile desteklenerek öğrencilere anlatılmıştır. Klasik anlatım sonrası öğrencilere “Polar Koordinatlar” konusunu içeren problemlerden oluşan üç soruluk bir test uygulanmıştır Bilgisayar destekli ders anlatımı sonrası yeni bir üç soruluk test uygulanmış ve öğrenme düzeylerinin değişimleri ile ilgili elde edilen veriler istatistik paket programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmayı desteklemek amacıyla öğrenci görüşmesi yapılmış, bu görüşmeler sırasında yapılan kayıtlar incelenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The computer usage in basic science courses offeredin Science and Engineering programs is in progress nowadays.In this way some mathematical methods used in these courses can be easily thought. For example the usage of computer programs provides an easy understanding of coordinate systems and their tranformations.In this work we studied the impression of using Turkish version of “MathCAD 6.0 Professional on the development of students in scıence courses. Qualitative and quantitative data were collected in lessons during two weeks of instruction. This process could be divided into two parts. In the first part, the topic of “Polar Coordinates” is taught in traditional way. Then the students solved many problems and drawed graphics of Polar Coordinate Equations by using Mathcad software. We examined the influence of the software on student interactions. In order to analyze the effect of the software,two tests were applied on students, and data points were analysed at statistical software. | en_US |
