Özet
In this study, in a section of TSK factory, envision and putting in to practice of WPMR model was examined. In this section, the factors causing unproductiveness was determined and planed a daily observation entering design. An Excel Project analizing those data was designed. This system was put in to practice in the pres and print section for a month. The factors causing unproductiveness was explained. At the end, some suggestions was made for the new term. Because of being an establisment not working for profit, military factories are different from the other factories. Military factories have the duties of the maintenance, operating and sustainment of the weapons and the gasoline fueled vehicles in our inventories, renovation, production, research and development. A common section was choosed due to be usefulness for all military factories.
