dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada öne sürülen en önemli argüman, uluslararasılaşmış ekonomik çevrede, ekonomik istihbarat sisteminin gerekliliğidir. Buradan yola çıkarak ekonomik istihbaratın ekonomik güç ve ekonomik güvenlik ile ilişkisi, devletlerin ekonomik istihbarat yaklaşımları ve gelişmiş ülkelerin ekonomik istihbarat modelleri incelenmiştir. Tüm bu modellerde ülkelerin ekonomik istihbarat faaliyetlerindeki ortak noktanın ise reel sektörün ürettiği ekonomik değerleri koruyacak, destekleyecek, rekabet edebilirliğini artıracak ekonomik istihbarat sağlayarak milli ekonomik politikalar üretmeleri ve ekonomik gücü sürekli kılmaları olduğu görülmüştür. Yükselen piyasa ekonomisine sahip Türkiye'nin de makroekonomik göstergelerindeki kırılganlıkları tespit edilerek, hem iç pazarda refah seviyesini artırmaya, hem de uluslararası pazarlarda rekabet gücünü artırmaya katkı sağlayacağı düşünülen milli bir ekonomik istihbarat sisteminin oluşturulması gerekli görülmüş ve bu çerçevede öneriler sunulmuştur. dc.description.abstractThe most important argument of this thesis is the requirement of economic intelligence model in an internationalized economic environment. To support this argument, the relation between economic power and economic security, perspective of the states to the economic intelligence and economic intelligence model of selected developed countries were analysed. The common motive of those countries while doing economic intelligence were protecting and supporting economic values produced by real sector, making national economic policies that will provide economic competitiveness of those sectors, therefore keeping economic power sustainability. Fragility of Turkey as an emerging market economy was detected in base of macroeconomic indicators. Finally a national economic intelligence model which is intended to provide welfare in domestic and competitiveness international economic environment was considered necessary and proposals were presented.
