Özet
Demokratik katılım ve seçim kavramları ülkemizde son zamanlarda üzerinde durulan konulardan birisi olmuştur. Seçim sistemleri, uygulanan seçimlerin demokratik süreci hakkında bilgi vermektedir. Her şeyden önce uygulanan seçim sistemlerinin demokratik olması ve elbette ülkenin yararının ön planda olması gerekmektedir. Seçimler demokrasinin kalbidir. Dünyada temel hak ve özgürlüklerin ifadesi olarak seçim uygulamaları, anayasalar ve kanunlar başta olmak üzere hukuki belgelere dayanarak gerçekleştirilir. Türkiye de Anayasal nitelikte ilk seçme hakkı 1876 Anayasası ile gelmiş ve ilk parlamento seçimleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu tarihten sonra Türk Siyasal hayatında köklü değişiklikler yaşanmıştır. Çalışmada 1876 yılından günümüze kadar yapılan tüm parlamento seçimleri, seçimlerin yasal dayanakları ve uygulanan seçim sistemleri ele alınmıştır.
Democratic participation and selection concepts in our country has been one of the issues highlighted recently. Electoral systems, provide information on the implementation of the democratic process of elections. Everything democratize the electoral system applied before and the benefit of many countries, of course, must be at the forefront..Electıon are the hearts of democracies. The election practices as the expression of fundamental rights and freedoms in the world are guaranteed by constitution, laws and legal documents. The constitutional right to vote in Turkey came with the 1876 Constitution and the first parliamentary elections were held. After this date, there have been radical changes in Turkısh political life. In the study, all parliamentary elections held from 1876 until today, the legal basis of these elections and the electoral systems applied were discussed.
