dc.description.abstractYazılım sektörü, sanayi başta olmak üzere iletişim, ulaştırma, enerji ve alt yapı gibi birçok sektörün gelişimine ivme kazandıran, katma değer ve istihdam sağlayan doğal bir kaldıraç görevi üstlenmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında, Türkiye'de yazılım ihracatının küresel rekabet gücünün varlığı, derinlemesine mülakat yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu kamu, özel sektör, akademik ve sivil toplum kuruluşlarından toplam 12 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, yazılım sektörünün üretim kapasitesinin önemli düzeyde olduğu, ancak üretimin ağırlıklı olarak iç pazara yönelik olduğu saptanmıştır. Kurumsal yazılım ihracatında gelişmekte olan ülkeler kategorisinde umut vadedici gelişmeler olduğu değerlendirilmiştir. Oyun yazılımları konusunda ise uluslararası rekabet düzeyinin varlığından bahsedilebilmektedir. Farklı perspektiflerden yapılan görüşmelerin akademik literatürün güçlenmesine katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe software sector acts as a natural lever that accelerates the development of many sectors such as communication, transportation, energy and infrastructure, and provides added value and employment. Within the scope of the study, the existence of global competitiveness of software exports in Turkey was analyzed by in-depth interview method. The study group of the research consists of 12 participants from the public, private sector, academic and non-governmental organizations. In this study, it is determined that the production capacity of the software sector is at a significant level, but the production is mainly for the domestic market. It is evaluated that there are promising developments in the category of developing countries in the export of enterprise software. In the field of game software, it can be mentioned that there is an international level of competition. Interviews from different perspectives are expected to contribute to the strengthening of the academic literature.en_US
