Yeni ekonomi düzeninin teknolojisi ve Türkiye üzerindeki teknolojik etkileri üzerine bir inceleme

Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı yeni ekonomi düzeninin Türkiye üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektir. Araştırma bu bağlamda yeni ekonominin dinamiklerini ve Türkiye’nin yeni ekonominin dinamikleri bağlamındaki entegrasyonunu irdelemektedir. Yapılan incelemelerde yeni ekonominin temel dinamiğinin internet ve bilişim teknolojilerinin olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Ancak yeni ekonominin bir diğer önemli değişkenini ise üretim ilişkileri oluşturmaktadır. Nitekim yeni ekonominin üretimlerinin de bilişim alanında olduğu ve önemli katma değerler sunduğu belirlenmiştir. Yeni ekonomiye entegrasyon Türkiye bağlamında değerlendirildiğinde ise internet faaliyetleri ve bankacılık alanlarında yeni ekonomiye entegre olunduğu görülmüştür. Ancak yeni ekonomiye bağlı üretimler noktasında büyük eksiler olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu eksikliklerin başında ise yüksek teknolojili ürün üretmenin geldiği görülmüştür. Yüksek teknolojili ürünlerin üretilmesi içinde hem yeni ekonominin dinamiklerinin gelişmesi hem de AR-GE faaliyetlerinin gelişmesi gerekmektedir.
The aim of this research is to examine the effects of the new economic order on Turkey. In this context, the research examines the dynamics of the new economy and Turkey's integration in the context of the dynamics of the new economy. In the examinations, it has been observed that the basic dynamics of the new economy are the internet and information technologies. However, another important variable of the new economy is the relations of production. As a matter of fact, it has been determined that the productions of the new economy are also in the field of informatics and offer significant added values. When the integration to the new economy is evaluated in the context of Turkey, it is seen that the internet activities and banking areas have been integrated into the new economy. However, it has been determined that there are big negatives in terms of production due to the new economy. One of these shortcomings is the production of high-tech products. In order to produce high-tech products, both the development of the dynamics of the new economy and the development of R&D activities are required.
