dc.description.abstractCovid-19 salgını tüm dünyada ve ülkemizde etkisini göstererek beraberinde birçok konuda krize yol açmıştır. Salgının yayılma hızını azaltmak amacıyla birçok karar alınmış olup alınan kararlar doğrultusunda eğitim, sağlık, turizm, eğlence, sanayi, tekstil, gıda, tarım, giyim, perakende gibi birçok sektör doğrudan veya dolaylı yoldan etkilenmiştir. Etkilenen sektörlerden birinin de ulaşım sektörü olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında samsun ilinde hizmet veren hafif raylı sistem hattı kullanıcılarının akıllı bilet sistemiyle 2019 Mart ayından 2021 Şubat ayına kadar olan binişleri analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan yolculuklar; aylık toplam kullanıcı sayısı, aylık tam kullanıcı sayısı, aylık ücretsiz kullanıcı sayısı olarak pandemi öncesi ve pandemi dönemi bir yıllık olacak şekilde sınıflandırılmıştır. Pandemi döneminde gerçekleşen yolculukların ilgili kurum ve kuruluşların aldığı kararlar sonucunda uğradığı değişimler analiz edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe Covid-19 Pandemic has taken effect all over the world and in our country, causing a crisis in many issues. In order to reduce the spread of the epidemic, many decisions have been taken and many sectors such as education, tourism, health, industry, enterntainment, food, textile, clothing, agriculture, retail have been directly or indirectly affected. And it has been detected that one of the affected sectors is the transportation sector. The boardings of light rail line users in Samsun province from March 2019 to February 2021 were analyzed with the smart ticket system. Journeys made have been classified as pre-pandemic and pandemic period for one year according to these conditions: The total number of users per month, the number of no discount users per month, the number of free users per month. The changes that the journeys made during the pandemic period have undergone as a result of the decisions taken by the relevant institutions and organizations have been analyzed.en_US
