Özet
Verimlilik, bir organizasyonun başarısında kilit bir faktör olarak bilinir, çünkü iş performansındaki gelişmeleri yönlendiren motordur. Çalışanlar ve örgütlerinin kültürü arasındaki etkileşim, hem zihinsel hem de fiziksel çalışma koşullarını yaratır. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmanın amacı, Somali'deki imalat şirketlerinde çalışanların çalışma koşulları ve üretkenliği hakkında bilgi edinmekti. Her parça farklı sayıda puan alır ve her noktanın personelin bir bütün olarak ne kadar üretken olduğu üzerinde farklı bir etkisi vardır.
Productivity is known to be a key factor in the success of an organization because it is the engine that drives improvements in job performance. The interaction between employees and the culture of their organization creates both mental and physical work conditions. So the goal of this study was to find out about the working conditions and productivity of employees in manufacturing companies in Somalia. Each part gets a different number of points, and each point has a different effect on how productive the staff as a whole is.
