[90425] Pandemi sürecinde dijital eğitimin öğretmen öğrenci iletişimine yansıması üzerine nitel bir araştırma

Özet
Tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan pandemi birçok alanı olduğu gibi eğitim alanını da olumsuz yönde etkilemiştir. Yüz yüze eğitimin yapılamaması nedeniyle eğitim süreci dijital ortamda devam edilmiştir. Eğitimin dijital ortama taşınmasıyla birlikte öğretmen-öğrenci iletişiminin nasıl etkilendiği ve nasıl bir adaptasyon sürecinden geçtiğini belirlemek, nitelikli ve sürdürülebilir bir eğitim için önemlidir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, pandemi dönemi sebebiyle hızlı bir geçişle uygulamaya konulan dijital eğitimin, öğretmen- öğrenci iletişimine etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışmada elde edilen verilerin dijital eğitim sürecinde karşılaşılan eksikliklerin giderilmesine ve daha verimli hale getirilmesine katkı sağlaması açısından önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Araştırmada nitel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Pandemi döneminde aktif olarak görev alan öğretmenlerle yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yapılmış, görüşmelerden elde edilen veriler betimsel analizle çözümlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, pandemi döneminde dijital ortamda gerçekleştirilen uzaktan eğitim sürecinde öğretmen-öğrenci iletişiminde yaşanan sorunların, öğrencilerin derslere katılım düzeyinin düşük olması, ders anlatımı sırasında yaşanan teknik arızalar ve öğretmenlerin dijital eğitim teknolojileri kullanımı konusunda yeterince eğitilmemesinden kaynaklandığına işaret etmektedir. The pandemic, which has taken the whole world under its influence, has negatively affected the field of education as well as many other fields. Due to the fact that faceto-face education could not be provided, the education process continued in the digital environment. It is important for a qualified and sustainable education to determine how teacher-student communication is affected and what kind of adaptation process it goes through with the transfer of education to the digital environment. The aim of this research is to reveal the effect of digital education, which was put into practice with a rapid transition due to the pandemic period, on teacher-student communication. It is thought that the data obtained in this study is important in terms of contributing to the elimination of the deficiencies encountered in the digital education process and making it more efficient. Qualitative method was used in the research. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the teachers who were actively involved in the pandemic period, and the data obtained from the interviews were analyzed with descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that the problems experienced in teacherstudent communication during the distance education process carried out in the digital environment during the pandemic period are due to the low level of participation of the students in the lessons, the technical failures experienced during the lectures and the insufficient training of the teachers on the use of digital education technologies.Keywords: Pandemic Period, Digital Education, Communication, Teacher Student Communication
