dc.description.abstractDünya ticari faaliyetleri günümüzde çok hızlı gerçekleşmeye başlamıştır. Bilgi teknolojilerinin gelişmesi ile tüketicilerin alternatif üreticilere erişimi kolaylaşmıştır. Bu oluşumların sonucunda işletmesinde gelişim gösteremeyen firmalar, rekabet etme gücünü kaybetmektedir. İşletmelerin bu gelişmeler karşısında piyasadaki konumunu üst düzeylere taşıması; sahip olunan varlıkların etkin yönetilmesi ile gerçekleşebilir. Sürdürülebilir bir işletme seviyesine ulaşılmasında, sahip olunan ekipmanların performanslarından en yüksek seviyede faydalanarak, üretkenlikte artış gerçekleştirmesi gereklidir. Ürünlerin yüksek kalite ve düşük maliyet ile üretimini sağlayan ekipman yönetim metotları, işletmelerin yönetim yaklaşımlarında değişim yaratmıştır. Arızaların oluşumunu engellemek için bakım uygulamaları günümüze kadar değişim geçirerek toplam verimli bakım ( TVB) ve güvenilirlik merkezli bakım (GMB) gibi uygulama yaklaşımlarını geliştirmiştir. Geçekleştirilen çalışmada, otomotiv yan sanayinde bir işletme ekipmanlarına, arıza oluşumu ve bakım uygulama verileri ürün bazında üretim süreçleri sırasıyla ele alınmıştır. Veriler; toplam ekipman etkinliği (TEE) ve güvenilirlik açısından incelenerek, İşletme yapısına uygun güvenilirlik odaklı bir bakım yaklaşımı uygulanmıştır. Uygulama sonuçları önceki dönem ile karşılaştırılarak değişimler değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Çalışma sonunda bakım yaklaşımının arızalanmalar üzerinde belirleyici faktör olduğu görülmüştür. Bakım uygulaması sonucu ekipmanın güvenilirliği, verimlilikte ve kaliteli ürün çıktısında artış sağladığı görülmüştüren_US
dc.description.abstractBusiness activities in the world have actualize to happen very fast today. With the development of information technology, consumers have easier access to alternative producers. As a result of these developments; companies that cannot make progress in their operation lose their competitive power. Businesses can be managed with good management of their assets by moving their position in the market to the upper level. Achieving a sustainable business level requires an increase in productivity, taking advantage of the performance of the equipment possessed at the highest level. Equipment management approaches that provide products with high quality and low-cost production have created changes in businesses. To prevent the occurrence of failures, maintenance practices have changed day by day to develop different management tools such as total productive maintenance (TPM) and reliability-centric maintenance (GMB). The productive production processes of an operator's equipment in the automotive subsidiary, failure and maintenance applications, and product-based production processes are discussed in turn. Data; total equipment efficiency (OEE) and reliability, and a reliability-focused maintenance policy was applied in accordance with the operating structure. The results of the implementation were compared with the previous period and the changes were evaluated. At the end of the study, it has been seen that the maintenance approach has a decisive influence on the failure effects. It has been seen that the maintenance equipment results in increased reliability, quality and efficiencyen_US
