dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı ilgili teorilerin yardımıyla İstanbul ziyaretinde bulunan Çinli turistlerin beklentilerini inceleyerek turist memnuniyetini kazanmaktır. Bu çalışma İstanbul ziyaretinde bulunan Çinli turistlerin algıladıkları İstanbul'daki ziyaret beklentilerine odaklanmakta ve ziyaret öncesi beklentileri, turistlerin aylık gelir düzeyi, yaşı, eğitim düzeyi ve turistlerin beklentileri arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmektedir. İstanbul'u ziyaret eden Çinli turistlerin katılımı ile gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmada 213 tane Çinli turistten bilgi toplanmıştır. Anket analizinde ilk olarak Çinli turistlerin demografik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre İstanbul'u ziyaret eden Çinli turistlerin istatistiksel açıdan olumlu yönün olduğu görülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to gain tourist satisfaction by examining the expectations of Chinese tourists visiting Istanbul with the help of related theories. This study focuses on the anticipation of visit in Istanbul that Chinese tourists perceive by visiting Istanbul and the relationship between visit expectation, monthly income level of tourists, age, education level and expectation of tourists are examined. This survey, conducted with the participation of Chinese tourists visiting Istanbul, collected information from 213 Chinese tourists. In the survey analysis, firstly, the demographic characteristics of Chinese tourists were examined. According to research findings, it is seen that Chinese tourists visiting Istanbul are statistically positive.en_US
