dc.description.abstractLiderlik, yöneticilik ve girişimcilik kavramları son yıllarda üzerinde oldukça fazla durulan kavramlardır. Bu kavramların birbiri üzerine üstünlükleri, karakter farklılıkları, beceri birikimleri ve doğuştan ya da sonradan kazanılan eğitimler ile geliştirilmesi ya da geliştirilememesi üzerine akademik çalışmalar mevcuttur. Akademik çalışmalar bir yana, 21. Yüzyılın başından bu yana dünyada farklı yöneticiler, girişimciler ve liderler ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu konuda gözleme dayalı kaynaklar da oldukça fazladır. Bu çalışmada, yukarıda sözü edilen üç özel karakter yapısının birbiri ile ilişkileri ortaya konulacak, eğitim faktörünün ve özellikle eğitim ile farklılaşan sosyo-ekonomik farklılaşmanın her üç kavrama da katkıları araştırılacaktır. Bu konuda her üç kavram için de biyografiler incelenmiş, literatür taraması yapılmış ve eğitimin her üç karakter için de farklı tesirinin olduğu ortaya çıkartılmıştır. Nihai olarak da Türkiye'de sanayi sektöründe eğitim faktörünün lider yönetici ve girişimci olma potansiyeli üzerine etkileri ortaya konulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe concepts of leadership, to be a manager and entrepreneurship that have been much discussed over the last years. There are academic studies on the development of these concepts over each other, their character differences, skills accumulation, and whether they can be developed with innate or later acquired education. Apart from academic studies, since the beginning of the 21st century different managers, entrepreneurs and leaders have emerged in the World. Observational sources are also quite large in this regard. In this study, we will investigate the contributions of the three special character structures mentioned above and the contribution of the educational factor and all three concepts of socio-economic differentiation, especially with education. In this context, biographies were examined for each of the three concepts, the literature was searched and the evidence that education had a different effect for all three characters. Finally, the leading managers and entrepreneurs have the potential to impact on the education factor in the industrial sector in Turkey has been demonstrated.en_US
