Çin’in Guangdong bölgesindeki üretim işletmelerinin toplam kalite yönetimi : (TKY) uygulamalarının işletme performansı üzerindeki etkisi

Özet
Günümüzde teknolojinin gittikçe gelişmesi, müşteri ihtiyaçlarının artması ile işletmeler arası rekabette artış görülmektedir. İşletmeler bu yoğun rekabet ortamına ayak uydurabilmek için yeni yöntemler aramışlar ve bunun sonucunda Toplam Kalite Yönetimi (TKY) ve Balanced Scorecard (BSC) gibi çağdaş yönetim düşüncelerini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Çin malı hakkında ne kadar eleştiriler olsa bile, Çin malı neredeyse dünyanın her yerine ulaşmış ve Çin ‘‘Dünyanın Fabrikası’’ olarak adlandırılmıştır. Bu çalışmada Dünyanın Fabrikası adlandırılan Çin’in Guangdong bölgesindeki üretim firmalarının TKY uygulamalarının işletme performansı üzerindeki etkisi, BSC performans ölçme sisteminin boyutları (finansal boyutu, müşteri boyutu, İşletme iç süreçler boyutu ve öğrenme ve gelişme boyutu) açısından tanımlayıcı araştırma yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Araştırma bu bölgedeki 300 üretim firması üzerinde yapılmış, elde edilen veriler SPSS 21 programında istatistiksel analizler edilmiş ve TKY’nin araştırma bölgesindeki üretim işletmeleri performansını pozitif yönden etkilediği sonucuna varılmıştır. Sonuca göre, Firma performansını en çok arttıran tedarikçi seçimi ilkesidir. Bununla birlikte diğer faktörlerin performansa olan etkisi de çoktan aza doğru tedarikçi ilişkileri, ürün tasarımı, çevre faktörü ve en son imalat süreci faktörü olduğu görülmektedir.
With the quickly development of the technology and the increase of the customer’s requirements, the competitions between companies are growing up. Companies have tried to find many new management methods to survive in the fierce competition, therefore emerged management models like Total Quality Management (TQM) and Balances Score Card (BSC). Although there are a lot of critics about the products from china, nowadays the products of china have reached all over the world and being used in every corner- that’s why the China is named nowadays as ‘‘The factory of the world’’. In this paper the effects of TQM on the factories in Guangdong province of China were investigated based on the four performance factors of BSC (finance, customer, process, and learning). This study is based on questionnaire survey for 300 factories in Guangdong province, and the data are analyzed by SPSS 21 program. Finally, the effects of TQM on the production companies in Guangdong province were analyzed and discussed. The results show that TQM has a remarkable positive effect on the production companies in Guangdong: the choose of the supplier is the most critical factor, then the relationship with the supplier, product design, environment factor and production time limit is being the last.
