Havayolu işletmelerinin operasyonel performanslarının SWARA TOPSİS yöntemleri kullanılarak analizi

dc.description.abstractİşletmeler kendi performanslarını ölçerken bazı anahtar / temel performans göstergeleri kullanmaktadır. Bu göstergeler işletmelerin varoluş amaçlarından yola çıkılarak oluşturulmaktadır. Hem işletme içindeki departmanlar hem de dış yatırımcılar / gözlemciler bu göstergeleri kullanarak diğer işletmelerle kıyaslama yapabilmekte veya yatırım kararı verebilmektedir. Havacılık sektöründe havayolu işletmelerinin kullandığı ve uçma operasyonunun etrafında toplanan sektöre özel göstergeler yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada, bu göstergeler kullanılarak havayolu işletmelerinin operasyonel performansı analiz edilmiş ve en iyi performansı gösteren işletmeyi elde edebilmek için Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Yöntemleri'nden (ÇKKV) TOPSIS yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Literatür taraması yapılarak ve havacılık yönetiminde uzman karar vericilerle çalışılarak 10 adet kriter belirlenmiş ve TOPSIS yöntemine girdi sağlayacak kriter ağırlıkları, SWARA yöntemiyle hesaplanmıştır. Uygulama için 2021 yıl sonu pazar payı değerine göre 10 havayolu işletmesi seçilmiştir. Bu işletmeler pazar payı değerinin %30'unu oluşturmaktadır. 2020 yılında başlayan pandemiden sonra havayolu işletmelerinin tekrardan yükselişe geçtiği 2021 yıl sonu verileri analiz edilmiştir. Uygulama sonucunda Southwest Airlines en iyi performansı gösteren işletme olmuştur, sırayla Turkish Airlines ve Delta Air Lines takip etmiştir. Sektöre özel göstergeler oranlarla kullanıldığı için sektörce kullanılabilir yapı oluşturulmak hedeflenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractBusinesses use some key performance indicators to measure their own performance. These indicators are formed on the basis of the existence purposes of the enterprise. Both internal departments and external investors or observers can use these indicators to compare other businesses or make investment decisions. There are sector-specific indicators used by airline companies in the aviation sector and gathered around the flying operation. In this study, the operational performance of airline companies was analyzed by using these indicators and the TOPSIS method, one of the Multi-Criteria Decision Making Methods (MCDM), was used to obtain the best performing airline. By reviewing the literature and working with decision makers who are experts in aviation management, 10 criteria were determined and the criteria weights that would provide input to the TOPSIS method were calculated with the SWARA method. For the implementation, 10 airline companies were selected according to the market share value of the end of 2021. These businesses account for 30% of the market share value. After the pandemic that started in 2020, the data for the end of 2021, when airline companies started to rise again, were analyzed. As a result of the implementation, Southwest Airlines was the best performing business, followed by Turkish Airlines and Delta Air Lines. Since sector-specific indicators are used with ratios, it is aimed to create a structure that can be used by the sector.en_US
