Özet
Her şeyin her şeyle etkileşim içinde ve birbirine bağlı olduğu bütünlük perspektifi, küreselleşme ile giderek daha fazla ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu noktada örgütlerin kuantum bir organizasyona dönüşmesinin gerekliliği ve böylece örgütteki sayılı tarafların refahı yerine en küçük birimden en büyük birime kadar tüm tarafların refahı ve kazancı vurgulanmaktadır. Canlı organizmalar olarak tanımlanan örgütlerin yaşamlarını sürdürebilmeleri bulundukları çevreye bağlıdır. Yüzyıl koşullarında bir canlı organizmanın kendi kolonisinde (sektöründe) yaşamını sürdürebilmesi için kazan-kazan anlayışından çok, çoklu-kazanan anlayışına evrilmesi gerektiği belirtilmektedir. Kuantum fiziği yasalarının nerede geçerli olduğu sorusunun kısa cevabı “her yerde”dir. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmanın amacı kuantum teorisini ve kuantum yönetimini incelemektir. Çalışma yazılı ve veri tabanlı kaynakların incelenmesi ile hazırlanmıştır. 21. yüzyılın gerekliliklerine uygun olarak, kuruluşların temel bilimlerden yararlanarak yönetsel anlamda kendilerini güncellemeleri, iş süreçlerini ekosistem topluluğu perspektifinden bütünsel ve bağlantılı bir yaklaşımla şekillendirmeleri, böylece sürdürülebilirlik ve kârlılık konusunda ortak bir anlayış doğrultusunda hareket etmeleri gerekmektedir. Kuantum perspektifinin getirdiği bütünsel yaklaşım, serbest akışlı etkileşimi ve ortak karar almanın önemini vurgulamaktadır. Çalışmanın özgün tarafı, kolektif olarak zaman algısının daralmasından dolayı kuantum teorisi ve kuantum yönetimine ilişkin kapsamlı ve öz bir bakışın sunulabilmesi ve gelecekteki çalışmalar için yön belirlemeye çalışarak literatüre katkıda bulunmasıdır.
The perspective of integrity, where everything interacts with everything and is interconnected, is increasingly coming to the fore with globalization. At this point, the necessity of organizations to transform into a quantum organization and thus, instead of the welfare of the few parties in the organization, the welfare and profit of all parties from the smallest unit to the largest unit is emphasized. The survival of organizations defined as living organisms depends on the environment they are in. It is stated that for a living organism to survive in its own colony (sector) in the conditions of the century, it should evolve from a win-win understanding to a multi-winner understanding. The short answer to the question of where the laws of quantum physics are valid is “everywhere”. Starting from this point, the purpose of this study is to examine quantum theory and quantum management. The study is prepared by examining written and data-based sources. In accordance with the requirements of the 21st century, organizations need to update themselves in a managerial sense by making use of basic sciences, shape their business processes with a holistic and connected approach from the perspective of the ecosystem community, and thus act in line with a common understanding of sustainability and profitability. The holistic approach brought by the quantum perspective emphasizes the importance of free-flow interaction and joint decision-making. The originality of the study is that it provides a comprehensive and concise overview of quantum theory and quantum management due to the collective narrowing of the perception of time and contributes to the literature by trying to determine the direction for future studies.
