Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacını Türkiye’deki sakin şehirlerin iletişim stratejisini ortaya koymak oluşturmaktadır. TÜBİTAK tarafından 113K624 numarası ile desteklenen “İletişim Çağında Frene Basmak: Yavaş Şehirlerin Çevre İletişimi Bağlamında Analizi, Çevresel Toplumsal Katılım, İşbirliği Ve Uzlaşma Stratejilerinin Yavaş Şehirlerde Nasıl Sağlandığının Belirlenmesine Yönelik Bir Araştırma” çerçevesinde yapılmıştır. Cittáslow “Sakin Şehir Hareketi”nin temeli ise 1999’da İtalya’nın Toscana bölgesinde bulunan Greve in Chianti şehrinde, 30 kadar Yavaş Yiyecek Şehri’nin katılımıyla atılmıştır. Cittaslow Hareketi doğaya zarar vermeden de kentlerin gelişebileceğini savunmaktadır. Yavaş şehir; tarihsel kentsel öğeleri korumak, çevre dostu teknolojilerden en üst düzeyde yararlanabilmek ve kenti katılımcı bir anlayışla yönetebilmek; yerel ürünlerine, sanatlarına, yemeklerine ve kültürlerine sahip çıkmak, tarihsel yapıyı, ekolojik ve çevresel özellikleri, kentsel dokuyu koruyarak, daha insanca, daha yaşanabilir ve sürdürülebilir bir geleceği katılımcı bir anlayışla tasarlamak anlamına gelmektedir. Türkiye’de cittaslow ağına katılan ilk şehir 2009 yılında İzmir Seferihisar olmuştur. Bu şehri, Aydın Yenipazar, Isparta Yalvaç ve Eğirdir, Sakarya Taraklı, Muğla Akyaka, Kırklareli Vize, Çanakkale Gökçeada, Şanlıurfa Halfeti, Ordu Perşembe, Artvin Şavşat, Erzurum Uzundere, Sinop Gerze ve Bolu Göynük takip etmiştir. Çalışmada bu şehirlerin iletişim stratejilerini ortaya koymak için belediye başkanları, sivil toplum örgütleri derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılmış, bu görüşmeler sonucu ortaya konan stratejilerin halk tarafında katılımının ve farkındalığının nasıl olduğunu belirlemek içinde anket uygulanmıştır.
The study was examined in the framework of “Braking In The Communication Age: A research to Analysis Of Slow Cities In The Context Of Environmental Communication, Environmental, Social Participation, Cooperation And Reconciliation Strategies to Determine how it is being secured in Slow Cities” which was supported by TUBİTAK. In the study, nine slow the city of Turkey were examined. Cittaslow “Slow City Movement” is the founded in 1999 in Greve in Chianti in the Tuscany region of Italy, with the participation of about 30 Slow Food Town which affected from this philosophy. In the first declaration of the Quite City Movement abrasively differences, which go towards creating a single model and created concerns about the ordinary people and in the end the judge will order that has been raised despite to all facilitate communication between people, cohesion and change which comes with globalization Cittaslow movement which was part of anti-globalization argues that the city could develop without harming the environment. Slow City means more humane, more livable and sustainable future to design a participatory approach while protecting historic urban elements, to get the highest level of environmentally friendly technologies and an approach to manage urban participants; mantaining local products, art, food and culture and preserving historical structure, ecological and environmental features, the urban texture. Slow cities are working for the protection of cultural heritage especially in the intangible cultural heritage. In slow cities it is seen that women play an effective role for the production and marketing of local products; preparing processes in both presentation and sale of food. Local markets and cooperatives, where production and sale made especially by women are part of daily life but local production processes and products which are cultural heritage are available by the fact of slow cities.
