Abstract
Bu araştırmada mimari disiplininin siyaset bilimi ile nasıl bir ilişki içinde olduğu, dönemsel olarak devletlerin mimariyi ne derece kendi alanlarına soktuğu ve bir etki alanı olarak kullandıkları araştırılmıştır. Şehir plancılığı ve mimari disiplininin tarihsel gelişimi, modern ve modern öncesi çağlar dikkate alınarak incelenmiştir. Bu durumu incelemek için dönemlere göre ideolojik değişiklikler gösteren rejimler incelenmiş ve buna göre değişen mimari ve şehir plancılığının ne derece geliştiği ve bağlantılı olduğuna dikkat edilmiştir. Mimari yapıların ve şehir plancılığının dönemin, demografik, sosyal-ekonomik ve kültürel değişkenlere göre siyasi kurumlar tarafından uğradığı değişiklikler gözlenmiştir. Değişen ideolojilere göre mimari akımların da, bu değişimlerden etkilendiği ve buna göre bir kullanım alanı olarak ortaya çıktığı gözlenmiştir.
In this research, how the architectural discipline influenced the arena of politics and what extent the states used architecture periodically have been investigated. Historical development of city planning and architecture has been examined by considering modern and pre-modern times. It has been noted that the structure and city planning vary according to various ideologies in order to examine this situation. Architectural structures and city planning were observed by political institutions according to demographic, socio-economic and cultural variables of the period. It is observed that architectural areas are influenced according to changing ideologies and offer a usage area accordingly.
