Özet
1960 yılından itibaren Türkiye’de ordu doğrudan veya dolaylı biçimlerde siyasete müdahalede bulunmuş ve demokratik sistem Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri tarafından sayısız kez kesintiye uğratılmıştır. Bu açıdan, ordu her zaman siyasete müdahil olmuş ve sivil yetkililer siyasal iktidarı ordu ile paylaşmak zorunda kalmışlardır. Elinizdeki çalışma, 28 Şubat post-modern darbesinin Türkiye’de asker-sivil ilişkilerine yönelik etkisini ele almak niyetindedir. Bu doğrultuda çalışma, ilk olarak, 28 Şubat sürecini hazırlayan tarihsel arka planı inceleyecektir. Ardından, darbenin nedenlerini ve gelişimini analiz edecektir. Son olarak makale, askeri müdahalenin Türkiye’de asker-sivil ilişkilerine yönelik etkisini değerlendirecektir.
Since 1960, the Turkish military intervened directly or indirectly in politics and the democratic system has been interrupted many times by the Turkish Armed Forces. In this regard, the military was involved in politics and civilian authorities had to share political power with them. The present study intends to deal with the impact of the February 28th post-modern coup on civil-military relations in Turkey. For doing that, in the first place, the study will analyze the historical background that paved the way towards the February 28th coup. Later, it will examine the reasons behind the February 28th post-modern coup and its development. Finally, it will explore the impact of this military intervention on civil-military relations in Turkey.
