dc.description.abstractOtel işletmelerinde öğrenen örgüt yapısının verimliliğe olan etkisinin araştırıldığı bu çalışmada, genel olarak bireysel ve örgütsel öğrenmenin önemi ve beraberinde verimliliğe etkisi ortaya konmaya çalışılmış, taranan kaynaklarda bu konulara dair görüşlere yer verilmiştir.Araştırma kapsamında, İstanbul'da faaliyet gösteren 5 yıldızlı 4 otel işletmesinde çalışan personel üzerinde yapılan bu araştırmada, öğrenen örgütün verimliliğe pozitif yönde etkisi olduğu varsayımı kabul edilmiştir. Bu varsayımın doğruluğunu araştırmak için söz konusu otel işletmelerinde anket uygulaması yapılmış, elde edilen veriler SPSS 16 programı yardımıyla analiz edilerek varsayımın bu örneklem için doğruluk düzeyi ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda öğrenen örgütler ile verimlilik ilişkisinin pozitif ve doğrusal yönde olduğu tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, investigated the effect of learning organization structure on productivity, have been included learning activities form the basis concept of learning organization and learning types. Learning, the future of the organization tried to put forward the effect of it?s relationship with productivity and with it, opinions on these issues that are searched sources.This study has been performed on personnel of working in five- stars hotel chosen of four that has been adopted hypothesis which the positive effect of efficiency of learning organization . For investigating accuracy of this hypothesis that has been conducted survey in these hotels and finding analyzed with SPSS 16 that has been displayed accuracy level.At the end of this findings that has been positive and linear relation between efficiency and learning organization.en_US
