Özet
Küreselle me kavram yla an lan ve gözlenen olaylar ve tarihsel geli meler her konuda oldu u gibi, güvenlik alg lamalar nda da yeni bir boyuta geçilmesine neden olmu tur. Özellikle küresel terör konusunda 11 Eylül 2001 tarihi bir milat olarak kabul edilebilir. Teknolojik ve ekonomik geli melerin sa lad imkanlar kullanan ?küresel terörizm? her geçen gün etkinli ini artt rmakta ve dünya gündemindeki yerini perçinlemektedir. Söz konusu tehdidin bu boyuta gelmesinde, zaman nda bu tehdidi önemsiz gören ve bir bak ma destekleyen tutumve politikalar n etkisi oldu u çok aç kt r. Bu çal man n amac , terörün en kanl yüzüyle kar la m , maddi ve toplumsal olarak büyük kay plar vermi , ac lar çekmi bir ülkenin vatanda ve y llarca terörle mücadele etmi Türk Silahl Kuvvetleri'nin bir mensubu olarak, terörizmin nedenlerini, desteklerini ve etkilerini küreselle me kavram çerçevesinde ele almak; ülkemizdeki terör olaylar n n küreselle me ve d destekler ile geldi i noktay belirlemek ve çözüm önerilerini ortaya koymaktır.
Developments occured with the globalisation provided a new extent in security perception, like in all other subjects. Especially September 11th 2001 can be accepted as the beginning of the global terror. ?Global terror? , that benefits from all blessings of technological and economical developments, increases its efficiency day by day and saves its place in world?s agenda. It?s obvious that the effects of some supportive and condoned policy, has grown this threat. The purpose of this study, is to handle terrorism with the reasons, supports and how is effected by globalisation, as a citizen of a country encountered all the bloody face of terror and suffered and also as a member of Turkish Armed Forces that struggled with terror for many years; determine the terror affairs effected by globalisation in our country and put forward solution suggestions.
