dc.description.abstractSon dönemlerde, tedarikçi seçimi hem ülkemizde hem de global ölçekte önemli bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bilgi teknolojisinin hızlı gelişimi ve küreselleşme çağında iletişimin artmasıyla birlikte, iyi tasarlanmış ve yönetilebilir bir tedarik zinciri yönetimi, çok uluslu şirketler için kritik bir araç haline gelmiştir. Tedarik zincirleri, mükemmeliyetçi bir hizmet sunarken aynı zamanda minimum maliyeti sağlama hedefindedirler. Ancak, bu karmaşıklık arttıkça, tedarik zinciri yönetimi giderek daha karmaşık hale gelebilir. Bu nedenle, tedarikçi seçiminde titizlikle hareket etmek son derece önemlidir. Bu çalışma, İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen Havalimanı'nda faaliyet gösteren bir uçak motoru bakım atölyesinde aynı komponent grubu için mevcut beş adet yurt dışı ve yurt içi tedarikçinin yeterliliklerini incelemeyi ve en stratejik tedarikçiyi belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Kriterler belirlendikten sonra, AHS-TOPSIS ve AHS-COPRAS yöntemleri kullanılarak analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlk aşamada, kriterlerin önem düzeylerini belirlemek için AHS (Analytic Hierarchy Process) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ardından, belirlenen önem düzeyleri, TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) ve COPRAS (COmplex PRoportional ASsessment) yöntemleriyle ayrı ayrı uygulanmıştır. Bu yöntemlerin kullanılmasıyla, her bir tedarikçi için performans değerlendirmesi yapılmış ve en stratejik tedarikçi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma, tedarikçi seçimi sürecinde karar verme sürecine yönelik farklı analitik yöntemlerin kullanılmasını incelemekte ve İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen Havalimanı'ndaki uçak motoru bakım atölyesindeki tedarikçi seçimine uygulanmaktadır. Elde edilen sonuçlar, atölyenin tedarik zinciri yönetiminde daha etkili kararlar almasına yardımcı olmayı amaçlamaktadır. AHS – TOPSIS uygulaması aynı zamanda kongrede bildiri olarak yayımlanmıştır. dc.description.abstractIn recent years, supplier selection has gained significant importance both at the national and global levels. With the rapid advancement of information technology and the era of globalization marked by increased communication, well-designed and effectively managed supply chain management has emerged as a critical tool for multinational corporations. While supply chains strive to provide services that are as close to perfection as possible, they also emphasize the need to minimize costs. However, as the complexity of supply chains increases, it can lead to overwhelming challenges in their management. Consequently, meticulous attention to detail is of utmost significance in the process of supplier selection. This research aims to investigate the qualifications of five domestic and international suppliers for the same component group within an aircraft engine maintenance workshop located at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and to determine the most strategically advantageous supplier. After identifying the criteria, analyses were performed using the AHS-TOPSIS and AHS-COPRAS methodologies. Initially, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHS) was employed to determine the levels of importance for the criteria. Subsequently, the identified levels of importance were applied separately using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and COmplex PRoportional ASsessment (COPRAS) methods. These methodologies were utilized to evaluate the performance of each supplier and to ascertain the most strategically advantageous supplier. This study explores the implementation of various analytical methods in the decision- making process of supplier selection and applies them to the context of supplier selection within the aircraft engine maintenance workshop at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
