dc.description.abstractGeçmişte olduğu gibi günümüzde de yeni dünya düzeni içerisinde ticaret büyük önem arz etmektedir. Yapılan bu ticarette ise önde gelen ürünlerden bir tanesi gıda maddeleridir. Gıda maddelerinin ticarileşmesi , gıda güvenliği ve gıda hukuku kavramlarının otaya çıkıp önem kazanmasına neden olmuştur. Bu süreç gıda güvenliği anlamında kamu otoriteleri ve devletin üzerine düşen görevleri de artırmıştır. Özellikle Avrupa Birliğinde gıda güvenliği konusuna büyük önem verilerek çok kapsamlı mevzuat çalışması yapılmıştır. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmada başta gıda hukuku ve gıda güvenliği konuları olmak üzere; hukuki açıdan ülkemizde ve dünyada gıda güvenliği sisteminin işleyişi, Türkiye, Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik devletleri gıda güvenliği süreçlerinin karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Gıda güvenliği bağlamında ülkemizdeki kamu teşkilatlanması incelenerek gıda güvenliği açısından idari süreç, idari yapımlar ve gıda kolluğu, gıda konuları incelenmiştir. dc.description.abstractAs in the past, trade is of great importance in the new world order. One of the leading products in this trade is food. With the commercialization of foodstuffs, the concepts of food safety and food law have emerged and gained importance. This process has increased the duties of public authorities and the state in terms of food safety. Especially in the European Union, a very comprehensive legislative study was carried out with great emphasis on food safety. In this context, in this study, especially food law and food safety issues; From a legal point of our country and the functioning of the food safety system in the world, Turkey, the European Union and the United States were conducted to compare the food safety process. In the context of food safety, the public organization in our country was examined and the administrative process, administrative productions, food law enforcement and food issues were examined in terms of safety.
