Abstract
Personel seçimi süreci, küreselleşen dünyada işletmelerin ayakta kalabilmek, pazar paylarını arttırmak ve rekabet avantajlarını korumalarında en önemli süreçlerdendir. Personel seçimi nitel ve nicel karar kriterlerinin bir arada kullanıldığı birçok kriterli karar verme problemidir. Bu çalışmada, personel seçimi problemi için Bulanık TOPSIS yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada geliştirilen metot katılım bankacılığı sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir kuruluşta uygulanmıştır. Bankada uzman yardımcısı pozisyonu için beş aday, belirlenen on kriter ve beş yöneticiden oluşan karar verici grubu tarafından değerlendirilmiştir. Önerilen seçim metodu ile adayların sıralaması yapılmış ve en uygun aday seçilmiştir.
Personnel selection process is one of the most important processes for companies to survive, to increase market share and to keep their competitive advantages in a globalized economy. Personnel selection is a multicriteria decision making problem where a combination of qualitative and quantitative criteria is used. In this study, Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making method with Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is used for the personnel selection problem. The developed method is applied to a participation bank operating in the Turkish banking sector. Five candidates for the position of assistant specialist at the bank are evaluated by a group of decision-makers five executives, by using ten selection criteria. The ranking of candidates is made by the proposed method and the most suitable candidate is selected.
