Evli çalışan kadınlar ile evli çalışmayan kadınların evlilik uyumunun incelenmesi

Özet
Çalışan ve çalışmayan evli kadınların evlilik uyumlarını incelemeyi amaçlayan bu çalışmada 63 çalışan ve 99 çalışmayan olmak üzere 162 evli kadın yer almaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin elde edilmesinde nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket yöntemi kullanılarak katılımcıların evlilik ilişkilerindeki uyumunu belirlemek amacıyla Evlilik Uyumu Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Çalışan evli kadınların %55,6'sı 24-35 yaş ve çalışmayan kadınların %58,6'sı 36 yaş ve üzerindedir. Çalışan kadınların %58,7'si lisans veya altı eğitim düzeyinde iken çalışmayan kadınların oranı %90,9'u lisans veya altı eğitim düzeyindedir. Çalışan evli kadınların %15,9'u mimar, %12,7'si öğretmen ve 9,5'i insan kaynakları uzmanıdır. Çalışan kadınların evlilik yaşları %76,2 ile 25 yaş ve üzeri iken çalışmayan kadınların evlilik yaşları %57,6 ile 18-24 yaş arasındadır. Çalışan kadınların %39,7'i 2 çocuğa sahipken çalışmayan evli kadınların %48,5'i 2 çocuk sahiptir. Eşleri ile sorumluluklarını paylaşan çalışan kadınların oranı %88,9 iken çalışmayan kadınlarda bu oran %90,9'dur. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre çalışan ve çalışmayan kadınların evlilik uyumlarının farklılık göstermediği saptanmıştır. Fakat eşleri ile sorumluluklarını paylaşan çalışan ve çalışmayan kadınlarda evlilik uyumlarının eşleri ile sorumluluklarını paylaşmayanlara göre daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Fakat hem çalışan ve hem de çalışmayan kadınlarda yaş, eşin yaşı, eğitim düzeyi, eşin eğitim düzeyi, evlilik süresi, evlilik yılı ve çocuk sayısına göre evlilik uyumlarının farklılaşmadığı görülmüştür. In this study, which aims to examine the marital adjustment of working and non-working married women, there are 162 married women, 63 of whom are working and 99 are non-working. In order to obtain the research data, the Marriage Adjustment Scale was used to determine the compatibility of the participants in their marital relations by using the survey method, which is one of the quantitative research methods. 55.6% of working married women are aged 24-35 and 58.6% of non-working women are 36 years and older. While 58.7% of working women are at undergraduate or below education level, 90.9% of non-working women are at undergraduate or below education level. Of working married women, 15.9% are architects, 12.7% are teachers and 9.5 are human resources specialists. While the marriage age of working women is 76.2%, 25 years and over, the marriage age of non-working women is between 18-24 years, with 57.6%. While 39.7% of working women have 2 children, 48.5% of non-working married women have 2 children. While the rate of working women who share their responsibilities with their spouses is 88.9%, this rate is 90.9% for non-working women. According to the findings obtained from the research, it was determined that the marital adjustment of working and non-working women did not differ. However, it has been determined that working and non-working women who share their responsibilities with their spouses have higher marital adjustment than those who do not share their responsibilities with their spouses. However, in both working and non-working women, it was observed that marital adjustment did not differ according to age, spouse's age, education level, spouse's education level, duration of marriage, year of marriage and number of children.
