Kuşak yol inisitayifi rotalarının taşımacılığın doğruları üzerine karşılaştırılması : baharat ticareti

Özet
Yüzyılın en büyük ve ticari olarak da en önemli projesi olan bir kuşak bir yol, tarihi ipek yolunun modernize edilmiş hali ya da Çin’lilerin ifade ettiği gibi, kuşak yol inisiyatifi Türkiye dahil olmak üzere dünyanın dörtte üçünü etkisi altına alacak bir direk etkiye, geriye kalanını da dolaylı olarak tesir edecek büyüklükte bir projedir. Kuşak yol inisiyatifi bu çalışmanın ana konusu olacak, rotalar incelenecek ve Türkiye üzerine etkileri incelenecektir. Türkiye’nin üzerinden geçen baharat ticaretinin taşımacılık ve lojistiğin doğruları üzerinden karşılaştırılması yapılacaktır. Çalışmada, Türkiye üzerinde alternatif rotaların hangisinin ne denli etkisi olduğunu araştıran bu çalışma alternatifler arasında bir rota belirleyecek bir çalışmayı da ortaya koymaktadır. Ele alınan baharat (uzun süreli dayanıklılığı olan kuru gıda) örneğinin de Duisburg Wuhan rotaları içinde en uygun rotanın seçimi konusuna zemin hazırlamış olacaktır. Bu yönü ile de ayırt edici bir özelliği ortaya koymuştur. Çalışma, literatür taraması ve farklı algoritmaları içeren AHP, CRITIC metodları ile çok kriterli karar verme teknikleri kullanılmış, bu analizden çıkan sonuçları da ayrı ayrı TOPSİS ve PROMETHEE algoritmaları ile değerlednirilmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlar tarışılmıştır. Bilimsel anlamda yeni çalışmalar için farklı algoritmaların uygulanması konusunda önerilerde bulunulmuş ve politika yapıcılara Türkiye’nin dış ticaretinde stratejik üstünlük sağlayacı önerilerde bulunulmuştur. The biggest and most commercially important project of the century, one belt and one road, the modernized version of the historical silk road or, as the Chinese say, the belt road initiative has a direct impact that will affect three quarters of the world,including Turkey, and leave the rest. It is a large project that will have both direct and indirect effect. Belt and road initiative will be the main subject of this study, routes will be examined and its effects on Turkey will be analyized. Comparison ofthe spice trade passing through Turkey will be made on the basis of the facts of transportation and logistics. This study, which investigates which alternative routes have an impact on Turkey, also reveals a study that will determine a route between alternatives. The example of the spice (dry food with long-term durability) discussed will also pave the way for the selection of the most suitable route among DuisburgWuhan routes. With this aspect, it has revealed a distinctive feature. AHP, CRITIC methods and multi-criteria decision making techniques were used in the study, literature review and different algorithms, such as TOPSIS and PROMETHEE, were used.
