Plastik sektöründe geri dönüşümün sektörün sürdürebilirliğine etkisi: Türkiye'de araç lastikleri üzerine bir analiz

Abstract
Nüfusunun hızla artması ile birlikte insanların ihtiyaçları da hızla artmış ve bu da sanayinin hızla gelişmesine işletmelerin üretim kapasitelerini arttırmasına sebep olmuştur. Üretim sonucu elde edilen ürünler insan hayatına kolaylık ve fayda sağlamakla beraber, özellikle kimyasal bazlı birçok ürünün kullanım amacını tamamladıktan sonra doğaya karışması için çok uzun süreler gerektirmesi ve bunun sonucunda ekolojik dengeye zararlar vermesi ürünlerin geri dönüştürülerek, aynı veya farklı amaçlarla tekrar kullanılması söz konusu olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, sanayi sektörü üzerine sürdürülebilirlik ele alınmakta ve etraflıca sürdürülebilirlik kavramına ilişkin tanımlamaların yapılmasını müteakip plastik sektöründe geri dönüşümün sektörün sürdürülebilirliğe katkısı üzerine bir analiz yapılmaktadır. Plastik sektöründeki geri dönüşümün ekolojik dengeye olan katkısının yanı sıra, bu sektörde üretim yapan sanayi firmalarının bu döngünün dışında kalması sonucu yaşadığı finansal problemler, plastik sektöründe regülasyonlarla ortaya koyulan bazı düzenlemelerin plastik sektörünün devamlılığına etkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada literatür taraması yapılmaktadır. İlk bölümde izlenebilirlik ve sürdürülebilirlik hakkında Dünya'daki kalite standartları, belgelendirmeler ve alınan kararlar incelenmiş, Türkiye'deki mevzuat hakkında değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Son bölümde plastik sektöründe sanayi politikalarının değerlendirilmesi ve geliştirilmesine ilişkin analiz yer almaktadır. Ortaya çıkan sonuçta geri dönüşümün sektörün sürdürülebilirliği için önemini ve Türkiye'deki ekonomik tasarrufların ortaya çıktığı ifade edilmektedir. With the rapid growth of the population, the needs of people have increased rapidly, and this has led to the rapid development of the industry and the production capacity of the enterprises. Although the products obtained as a result of the production provide convenience and benefit to the human life, it has been necessary to recycle the products for the same or different purposes, especially after many chemical-based products require very long time to blend into the nature after they have completed their intended use and as a result of damaging the ecological balance. In this study, sustainability is discussed on the industry sector and an analysis is made on the contribution of recycling in the plastics industry to the sustainability of the industry, following the definitions regarding the concept of sustainability. In addition to the contribution of recycling in the plastic industry to the ecological balance, the financial problems experienced by the industrial companies producing in this sector out of this cycle, the effects of some regulations introduced by the regulations in the plastic industry on the continuity of the plastic industry were evaluated. In the study, literature review is performed. In the first part traceability and sustainability of the quality standards in the world, have been examined and decisions taken certifications, assessments have been made on legislation in Turkey. In the last section, there is an analysis on the evaluation and development of industrial policies in the plastics industry. The sustainability of the sector for recycling is stated that arise ultimately resulting in economic savings and its importance in Turkey. Keywords: Tire, Sustainability, Recycling
