| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde kavramsal çerçeve oluşturularak, demokratik yönetimin tanımı, demokratik yönetimin uygulanma alanları ve katılımlı yönetim düzeyleri açıklanmıştır. İnovasyon başlıklı ikinci bölümde inovasyon yaklaşımları, inovasyon çeşitleri ve inovasyon yapmanın zorlukları ve avantajları tanımlanmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde genel hatlarıyla firma performansı açıklanmış; tanımı, özellikleri, çeşitleri, düzeyleri, üstün ve zayıf yönleri ile firma performansı hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Çalışmanın dördüncü bölümünde regresyon analizi yapılmış ve demokratik yönetim anlayışının inovasyon performansı üzerine olan etkisi belirlenerek tablolarda gösterilmiştir. Yine aynı şekilde, demokratik yönetim anlayışının firma performansı üzerine olan etkileri regresyon analizi yapılarak sonuçları açıklanmıştır. Son olarak demokratik yönetim anlayışı ve firma performansı arasındaki ilişkiye inovasyon performansının etki etmesi sonucu demokratik yönetim anlayışının firma performansı üzerine olan etkisinin ortadan kalktığı ve inovasyon performansının tam aracılık rolü üstlendiği belirlenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the first part of the study, the definition and the application areas of democratic management and participatory management levels are described. In the second part titled innovation, approaches and types of innovation and challenges and advantages of it are defined. In the third part, the performance of the company are described in general terms; the performance of the company are described about its definition, properties, types, levels, strengths and weaknesses. In the fourth part of the study, regression analysis is applied and the effect of concept of democratic management to the performance of innovation is determined and showed in the tables. Likewise, the effects of the concept of democratic management to the performance of the company are described with regression analysis. In conclusion, it is determined that the effect of the concept of democratic management to the performance of the company is disappeared and the performance of the innovation plays an intermediary role as a result of the effect of the performance of innovation to the relationship between the concept of democratic management and the performance of the company. | en_US |
