| dc.description.abstract | Maliyetler, günümüzde pek çok işletmenin karar alma ve karlılık aşamalarında çok önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu maliyetlerin iyi analiz edilmesi, maksimum verimlilik sağlamakta ve bu sayede işletmelerin başarısına kritik etki etmektedir. Küresel dünyanın sürekli değişmekte olan ekonomik koşulları ve 2020 yılında tüm Dünya’yı etkisi altına alan pandemi koşulları içinde önlenebilir maliyetlerin minimize edilmesi ve işletmelerin varlıklarını devam ettirmeleri bakımından da verimliliklerini ve gelişimlerini sürekli devam ettirmeleri hayati bir önem taşımaktadır. Maliyetlerin verimliliğe doğrudan etkisi olduğundan, kişilerin verecekleri kararların kalitesi de süreci doğrudan etkilemektedir. Ancak bu bağlamda asıl maliyetlerden öte, işletmelerin veya insanların çok fazla dikkat etmediği ve tüketiminin maliyetleri çok etkilemediği düşünülen çeşitli mikro maliyet kalemleri bulunmaktadır. Her ne kadar bu maliyetler birim bazında büyük rakamlar ifade etmese de makro bazda bakıldığında işletme maliyetlerine hatırı sayılır derecede etki edeceği düşünülmektedir. Bu açıdan, çalışmada mikro maliyetleri minimuma indirmeuygulamalarının işletmenin karlılığı üzerindeki etkileri değerlendirilmiştir.Çalışmanın amacı, bir ilaç şirketinin genel müdürlüğünde ortaya çıkan mikro maliyetlerin belirlenmesi, bunların işletme giderlerine etkisi ve alınabilecek önlemlerle işletme karlılığının artırılmasını sağlamaktır. Mikro maliyetlerin, işletmenin giderlerineolan etkisinin beraberinde, makro boyutta düşünüldüğünde çevreye olan etkileri de ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. | dc.description.abstract | Costs play a very important role in the decision-making and profitability stages of many businesses today. A good analysis of these costs provides maximum efficiency and thus has a critical impact on the success of businesses. In the constantly changing economic conditions of the global world and the pandemic conditions that affect the whole world in 2020, it is vital importance to minimize the preventable costs and for the companies to continue their productivity and development continuously. Since costs have a direct impact on productivity, the quality of people’s decisions directly affects the process. However, in this context, beyond the actual costs, there are various micro-cost items that businesses or people do not pay much attention and their consumption is thought to not affect costs. Although these costs do not represent large numbers on a unit basis, it is thought that they will significantly affect operating costs on a macro basis. In this respect, the effects of micro-cost minimization practices on the profitability of the business are evaluated in this study.The aim of the study is to determine the micro costs that occur in the headquarterof a pharmaceutical company, their effect on the operating expenses and to increase the business profitability with the measures that can be taken. In addition to the effect of micro costs on the expenses of the company, when considered in a macro scale, their effects on the environment have been tried to be revealed.
