Abstract
Dijitalleşme, hayatımızın her alanında (eğitim, sağlık, üretim, tekstil, havacılık, otomotiv, inşaat, denizcilik, ulaştırma, gıda, enerji vb. tüm sektörlerde sosyal ağ oluşturma, tasarım, planlama, pazarlama, satın alma, insan kaynakları, ar-ge, lojistik ve muhasebe gibi tüm iş süreçlerinde) etkisini artırarak yaygınlaşmaktadır. Dijitalleşmenin yaygınlaşması sonucu, yaşadığımız dönem "dijital çağ" olarak isimlendirilmektedir. Dijital teknolojiler, ürün ve hizmetlerin çok daha hızlı, verimli ve kaliteli sunulmasında önemli bir yere sahip bulunmaktadır. Dijitalleşmenin yaygınlaşması dijital pazarı etkilemektedir. Her yıl Amazon, Alibaba, Ebay, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn gibi teknoloji şirketleri ve dijital platformlar büyümeye devam etmektedir. Araştırmada, dijitalleşmenin tanımı, gelişimi, dijital teknolojiler, dijital olgunluk düzeyi alanında saygın ve etkili dergi ve yayınlardan faydalanılarak literatür çalışması yapılmıştır. Şirketlerin dijital olgunluk düzeyinin ölçülmesi amacıyla ölçek geliştirme çalışması ve şirketler üzerinde ampirik bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma uygulamasında şirketlerde farklı görevlerde bulunan çalışanlara online anket yapılmıştır. Anket sorularına verilen yanıtlar analiz edilerek sonuçlara ve önerilere çalışmada yer verilmektedir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, İstanbul'da farklı sektörlerde faaliyette bulunan şirketlerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verileri online anket soru formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Literatür taramasında farklı sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren şirketlerde dijitalleşme olgunluk düzeyinin ölçülmesi ile ilgili ampirik çalışmalar gözlemlenmemiştir. Dijital olgunluk konusu ile alakalı araştırmaların sınırlı olduğu görülmüştür. Bu nedenlerle dijitalleşme ve şirketlerin dijital olgunluk düzeyinin ölçülmesi çalışmasının alan yazına önemli katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

In the research, a literature study is carried out by making use of respected and influential journals and publications in the field of the definition of digitalization, its development, digital technologies, and the level of digital maturity. In order to measure the level of digital maturity of companies, scale development studies are carried out and an empirical research is carried out on companies. In the research application, a questionnaire is applied to the employees working in different positions in the companies. The answers given to the survey questions are analyzed and the results and suggestions are included in the study. The sample of the research consists of companies operating in different sectors in Istanbul. Research data is collected using a questionnaire form. In the literature review, no empirical studies have been observed on measuring the maturity level of digitalization in companies operating in different sectors. It has been determined that studies on the subject are limited. Therefore, it is thought that the study of digitalization and measuring the digital maturity level of companies will contribute significantly to the literature.
