Özet
Aydınlatma teknolojisinin tarihsel gelişimine bakıldığında, ışık kaynaklarının verimliliği ve yaşam ömrünün sürekli olarak geliştirildiği görülmektedir. Bu durum, binalarda kullanılan eski teknolojiye sahip ışık kaynaklarının veya bu kaynaklar ile tasarlanmış ve uygulanmış mevcut aydınlatma sistemlerinin yenilenme çabasını beraberinde getirmektedir. Ancak bu yenileme eylemi, teknolojinin hızına yetişmeye çalışan bir telaş ile değil, kurallı ve tanımlı bir proje süreci ile gerçekleştirilmelidir. Bu çalışmada, mevcut aydınlatma sistemlerinin yenilenme sürecine ilişkin oluşturulması gereken bir proje yaklaşımının ilk ayağı olan, yenilenme gereksiniminin değerlendirilmesi aşaması ile ilgili konular irdelenmektedir. Mevcut aydınlatma sistemleri çeşitli sebepler ile yenilenmeye gereksinim duyabilmektedir. Bu sebepler çalışmada, kullanıcı konforu ile ilgili gereksinimler, enerji tüketimi ile ilgili gereksinimler, çevresel konular ile ilişkili gereksinimler, yaşam ömrü ve teknoloji ile ilgili gereksinimler olarak ele alınmıştır. Bu konular ile ilgili güncel standart, yönetmelik ve literatür derlenmiştir. Ayrıca gerek Covid-19 pandemisinin sosyal yaşantımıza getirdiği değişimler, gerekse küresel çevre hedeflerinin de sonucunda ortaya çıkan gereksinimlere yer verilmiştir. Çalışma, bir mevcut aydınlatma sisteminin yenilenmesi gereğinin değerlendirilebileceği ilgili konular ve güncel bilgileri bünyesinde içermektedir.
In the historical development of lighting technology, it has been tried to continuously improve the efficiency and life span of light sources. Today, LED technology are much more efficient than many previously used technologies. Therefore, there is an effort to renew the existing lighting systems designed and applied with these old technology light sources. However, this renewal operations should be carried out with a regular and defined project process, not with a rush trying to keep up with the speed of technology. In this study, the topics related to the evaluation phase of the renewal requirement, which is the first step of a project process that should be created on the renewal of existing lighting systems, are examined. Existing lighting systems may need to be renewed for various reasons. These reasons are discussed in the study as requirements related to user comfort, energy consumption, environmental issues, life-cycle issues, and technology-related requirements. Current standards, regulations and literature on these subjects have been compiled. In addition, both the changes brought by the Covid-19 pandemic to our social life and the needs that emerged as a result of global environmental goals are included. The study includes relevant topics and up-to-date information on whether an existing lighting system needs to be renewed or not.
