Özet
Bilgi Yönetimi yazılımları, herhangi bir organizasyon içindeki, şirkete diğer firmalar karşısında rekabet gücü kazandıran açık ve örtülü bilginin, tanımlanması, kodlanması ve tekrardan kullanılabilmesini sağlarlar. Bu şekilde amaçlanan hedefe; çok daha hızlı ulaşılır, amacı anlama düzeyi artar, etkili biçimde problemler çözülür ve daha doğru kararlar alınabilir (Satyadas, Harigopal ve Cassaigne 2001). Bu çalışmada Cerebyte firmasına ait Infinos Bilgi yönetimi yazılı üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Bu yazılım kullanılarak bilişim güvenliğinin bir konusu olan kablosuz ağ güvenliği üzerinde eğitim yapılmış, başarısı ve öğrencilerin tutumları anketle ölçülmüştür. Değerlendirmeler sonunda, bu yazılımların eğitim için de kullanılabileceği saptanmıştır. Bu çalışmada bilgi yönetim yazılımların eğitimde kullanılabilmesi için bir çalışma modeli geliştirilmiştir.
Knowledge Management Softwares enable to identify, codify and reuse the implicit and tacit knowledge of enterprises which gives competitive power. Using Knowledge management the goals are reached faster, level of understanding is increased, problems are solved more effectively and decisions are made (Satyadas, Harigopal and Cassaigne 2001) . In this study Infinos software of Cerebyte Inc. has been used as knowledge management software. Using the software lecture about wireless local area network security a subject of information security is given. The success of the study and attitude of students is measured and determined by the prepared questionnaire. After the evaluation of the results it has been determined that these softwares could be used in lectures. In this study a model for working with knowledge management software is developed.
