Özet
Tekstil ve hazır giyim sektörünü günümüzde değerlendirdiğimizde, gayri safi yurt içi hâsıla, imalat sanayi ve sanayi üretimindeki payı, ihracat, ekonomiye sağladığı net döviz girdisi, istihdam, yatırım gibi makroekonomik büyüklükler incelendiğinde Türkiye için önemli sektörlerindendir. Günümüzde işletmelerin gücünün sadece kendi performanslarının etkisi olmadığı, kendi performanslarının yanında tedarik zincirindeki tüm birimlerin performansı işletmenin başarıya ulaşmasını etkilemektedir. Tedarikçi firmaların performans değerlendirmesi sayısal ve sayısal olmayan kriterleri bulundurmasının yanında kesin olmayan yargıların bulunması bulanık çok kriterli karar verme problemi özelliğidir. Yapılan çalışmada tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmanın metal aksesuar tedarikçilerine ait performans değerlendirmesi Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (BAHP) ve Bulanık TOPSIS kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Firmada konusunda uzman kişiler tarafından tedarikçi performansının değerlendirilmesinde kullanılacak ana kriterler Kalite, Maliyet, Teslimat ve Esneklik, Teknik Kapasite, Tecrübe ve İsteklilik olarak belirlenmiştir.
This article explores the textile and garment sector, gross national product, manufacturing and the share of industrial production, exports, net foreign currency inflow to the economy, employment, macroeconomic aggregates such as investment in the important sector for Turkey is examined. Nowadays, the performance of all the units in the supply chain as well as their own performance and the performance of the enterprises affect the success of the enterprise. The performance evaluation of supplier firms is a feature of fuzzy multi-criteria decision making problem, besides having numerical and non-numerical criteria as well as uncertain judgments. In this study, the performance evaluation of the metal accessories suppliers of the company operating in the textile sector was examined by using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (BAHP) and Fuzzy TOPSIS. The main criteria to be used by the experts in the company to evaluate the supplier performance are Quality, Cost, Delivery and Flexibility, Technical Capacity, Experience and Willingness.
