| dc.description.abstract | Geçmişini bilmeyen, geleceğin koridorlarında ışıksız dolaşır, kaybolur. Bibliometrik analiz, bir konuda yapılmış tüm çalışmaları büyük veri ve yapay zeka marifeti ile incelemeye ve geçmişi anlamaya olanak sağlarken, geleceğe dair çıkarımlar yapılmasını sağlar. Tarihi ipek geçidi olarak bilinen ve Asya kıtasında üretilen malların, batıya ulaşımında izlenen rotalar, yirmi birinci asrın henüz ilk çeyreğinde yeniden ele alınmış ve kuşak yol inisiyatifi olarak tüm dünyayı etkileyecek bir proje şekline getirilmiştir. Bazı kaynaklarda bir kuşak bir yol, bazılarında kuşak yol inisiyatifi ve bazılarında ise halen ipek yolu olarak geçen bu projenin bir asrın en büyük projesi olacağı yönünde açıklamaların olduğu görülmektedir. Bu çalışma, literatürde, “web of science”, akademik dergileri çatısı altında toplayan, yayma alınmış eserler içinde kuşak yol inisiyatifinin bibliyometrik analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın neticesinde, doğrudan yabancı yatırımlar ile sürdürülebilirlik kavramların en güncel şekli ile çalışılmakta olduğu, buna mukabil, ipek geçidi, Rusya, jeopo-litik anahtar kelimelerinin 2019 yılı ve öncesinde yoğun olarak çalışılmış ve artık çalışılmamakta olduğu ifade edilmektedir. Çalışmanın sonunda yapay zeka ile konu üzerinde bir söyleşi gerçekleştirilmiş ve öneriler sunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Those who do not know their past wander the corridors of the future without light and get lost. Bibliometric analysis allows examining all studies on a subject using big data and artificial intelligence, understanding the past and making inferences about the future. The routes followed in the transportation of goods produced in the Asian continent to the west, known as the historical silk-road, were reconsidered in the first quarter of the twenty-first century and turned into a project that will affect the whole world as a belt road initiative. In some sources, it is seen that there are statements that this project, which is still referred to as a belt-and-road initiative in some, and still the silk road in some, will be the greatest project of a century. In this study, a bibliometric analysis of the generation road initiative was made among the published works in the literature, which gathered under the struructure of “web of science” and other academic journals. As a result of the study, it is stated that foreign direct investments and sustainability concepts are being studied in the most up-to-date form, on the other hand, silk-road, Russia, geopolitical keywords were extensively studied in 2019 and before and are no longer used. At the end of the study, a conversation was held with artificial intelligence which is created by Open AI on the subject and suggestions were presented. | en_US |
