| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada yaygın kullanılan yöntem olan 360 Derece Performans Değerlendirme Yöntemi seçilmiş olup, anket çalışmaları ile bir talaşlı imalat yapan firmada uygulanmıştır. Ankete katılanların toplam içindeki yüzde payı ile ağırlıklı puanların bulunması aşamasında karar verme sürecini etkilemesi bakımından başka bir yöntem olan AHS yöntemiyle de bu sonuçları karşılaştırdık. Yönetim kademesinde bazı müdürlüklerin performans değerlemesi ile işletme faaliyetlerine uygun önem ve öncelik sıralamasını karşılaştırılarak kararın doğruluğunu test ettik. 360 derece yönteminde 5 üstünden puanlama sonuçları elde edilirken AHS’de puanlama, toplamı 1 olacak şekilde sonuçlar elde edildi. Ayrıca AHS sonuçları yöneticilerin kariyer geleceği hakkında bazı puanlar sunar ve birbirlerinin kendi aralarında değerlendirilmelerini sağlar. Çalışmamızda performans değerlendirme yönteminin iş başarısına etkisi kapsamında, yöneticilerin; Liderlik, mesleki teknik yeterlilikleri, değişime uyum, iletişim gücü, insan ilişkileri, sonuç alma ve personel yetiştirme gibi yetenekleriyle değerlendirilmiştir. Anket verileri kullanılarak, AHS sonuçlarındaki önem ve öncelik sıralaması, 360 derece değerlendirmedeki anket sonuçlarına uygun çıkmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the 360 degree performance evaluation method which is commonly used method is chosen and it is performed with surveys in a company that makesmachining. We also compared these results with the AHP method that is another way in terms of affecting the process of decision-making in the process of finding in the share of the total weighted scores percent of those surveyed. We test the accuracy of decision by comparing appropriate importance and ranking of riority for business activities with the performance evaluation of some directorates in management level. While scoring results are obtained the top 5 in 360-degree method, results were obtained from the sum to be 1 scoring in AHS. In addition, the results of AHP provide some points about the career future of managers and It provides assessments of each other among themselves. In our study, with in the scope of the effect to business success of performance evaluation method, managers were evaluated with their capabilities such as leadership, professional technical competencies, adapt to change, the power of communication, human relations, result-making and staff training. Ranking of importance and priority in AHP results was appropriate with survey results of 360-degree evaluation by using survey data. | en_US |
