Abstract
Müşteri isteklerindeki çeşitliliğin sürekli olarak arttığı günümüz iş dünyasında, yeniliğin işletmeler için önemi her geçen gün artmaktadır. Öte yandan, firmalar yenilik yapma sürecinde pek çok sorunla karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Yeniliği engelleyen faktörler olarak değerlendirilebilecek bu sorunları başında, finansal kaynak yetersizlikleri gelmektedir. Bu nedenle bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye’deki büyük ölçekli işletmeler ve KOBİ’lerin yenilik yaratma sürecinde karşılaştıkları finansal engelleri DEMATEL yöntemiyle analiz etmektir. Ayrıca, araştırma kapsamında yenilik sürecinde karşılaşılan finansal sorunlar açısından her iki grupta yer alan işletmeler arasındaki farklılıklar ve benzerlikler ortaya konulmuştur. Analiz sonucunda, işletmelerde yenilik sürecini engelleyen finansal faktörlerin büyük işletmeler ve KOBİ’ler için benzer özellikler gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.
In today business world, in which customer requirements continuously has been increasing, the importance of innovation for businesses are increasing every day. On the other hand, companies are facing many problems in the process of innovation. At the beginning of these problems can be considered as factors preventing innovation are financial resources deficiencies. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the financial barriers that are faced in the process of creating innovation of large-scale enterprises and SMEs engaged in Turkey by DEMATEL method. In addition, within the scope of research, in terms of the financial problems encountered in the process of innovation, the differences and similarities between the two groups were defined. As a result of the analysis, it has been revealed that financial factors that prevent the innovation process are similar for both SMEs and large-scale enterprises.
