dc.description.abstract | Many optimization techniques which are inspired by the nature are used in optimization problems. Genetic Algorithms (GA) is an optimization algorithm, tries to mimic the natural process of livings. Allowing to survive better generation therefore inheriting the better qualifications to next generations. In this study genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal cost for a software project. In order to evaluate results of the genetic algorithm, a test system based on linear programming is established. The results indicates that designed genetic algorithm optimization model successfully calculated the cost of software project very close to deterministic costs. | en_US |
