Özet
Tekstil endüstrisindeki kullanımı ve fonksiyonel özellikleri nedeni ile son yıllarda önem kazanan poliamid mikroelyaf malzemenin, Color Index Reactive Black 5 (Remazol Black B – HOE) ile boyanmasında, boyama kinetikleri incelenerek klasik boyama yöntemi ile ultrasonik enerjinin kullanıldığı yöntem; % çekim, yıkamada uzaklaşan boyarmadde, % fiksaj değerleri, signifikant hız, yarı boyama süresi, standart afinite ve difüzyon katsayısı değerleri açısından karşılaştırılmıştır. Ayrıca konvansiyonel ve ultrasonik yöntemler ile boyanmış örnekler; yıkama, ışık, sürtünme ve ter haslık değerleri ve kolorimetrik ölçümlerden elde edilen ?E*, ?L*, ?a* ve ?b* değerleri açısından da karşılaştırılmıştır.
Dyeing of Polyamide microfiber material, which has become more important in recent years due to its use in textile industry and its functional features, with Color Index Reactive Black 5 (Remazol Black B – Hoe), dyeing kinetics was studied and conventional dyeing method and the method in which ultrasonic energy is used were compared from the point of view; dye uptake%, dyestuff amount, which moves away during washing, fixation:%, significant rate, half dyeing time, standart affinity and diffusion coefficient. Also, the samples, which had been dyed by using conventional and ultrasonic methods, were compared from the point of view washing, light, perspiration and rubbing fastness as well as the values ?E*, ?L*, ?a* and ?b*, which were obtained from colorimetric measurements.
