| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada koronavirüs salgını döneminde, bireysel yatırımcıların yatırım kararlarında etkili olan faktörlerin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Türkiye'nin farklı bölgelerinde yaşayan bireysel yatırımcıların, koronavirüs salgını öncesi ve sonrasında yatırım tercihlerinde meydana gelen değişikliğin ölçülmesine yönelik anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler frekans dağılımı ve yüzde analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda yatırımcıların kararlarında etkili olan en önemli faktörün yatırımın sağladığı getiri oranı ve ikinci sırada ise güvenlik olgusu belirlenmiştir. Yatırımcılar tarafından kullanılan en belirgin bilgi kaynağı ise kendi değerlendirmeleri olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ankete katılan bireylerin kişilik özelliklerine yönelik verilen cevaplar incelendiğinde, kadın ve erkeklerin riskten kaçan bir tutum sergiledikleri ve kadın yatırımcılarda bunun daha belirgin düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Pandemi öncesi ve sonrası yatırım araçları kıyaslandığında en fazla paya altın sahip olurken; en düşük pay tahvile aittir. Covid öncesine göre en fazla artış gösteren yatırım aracı kripto paralar olurken, onu yatırım fonları takip etmektedir. En fazla düşüş türev araçlarda meydana gelmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, it is aimed to determine the factors that are effective in the investment decisions of individual investors during the coronavirus epidemic period. A survey was conducted to measure the change in investment preferences of individual investors living in different regions of Turkey before and after the coronavirus epidemic. The obtained data were analyzed by frequency distribution and percentage analysis method. As a result of the study, the most important factor affecting the decisions of the investors was the rate of return on the investment, and the security phenomenon was determined in the second place. The most prominent source of information used by investors was their own evaluations. When the answers given regarding the personality traits of the individuals participating in the survey are examined, it has been determined that women and men have a risk-averse attitude and this is more evident among female investors. When the pre- and postpandemic investment instruments are compared, gold has the largest share; the lowest share belongs to the bond. Cryptocurrency is the investment tool that has increased the most compared to pre-Covid, followed by mutual funds. The highest decrease occurred in derivative instruments. | en_US |
