| dc.description.abstract | Küçük ve orta büyüklükteki işletmelerin, hızla dijitalleşen dış ticaret ekosisteminin gereklerini karşılayabilmek için ihracatta hedef ülke dijital sistemlerine uyumlu ve yeni nesil teknolojilere adapte olabilecek nitelikteki kurumsal kaynak planlama (Enterprise Resource Planning – ERP) sistemlerine yaygın bir şekilde erişilebilir olmaları önem arz etmektedir. Büyük ölçekli işletmelerin kaynak zenginlikleri itibarı ile nispeten kolay olarak erişebildikleri bu sistemlere, istihdam paylarındaki büyüklüğe rağmen ülkenin toplam ihracatındaki payları aynı oranlarda bulunmayan KOBİ’lerin erişimlerinin desteklenmesi önem arz eder. Bu çalışma ERP sistemlerinin KOBİ’ler nezdinde ülke ihracatına doğrudan olumlu etkisinin varlığını ispatlamayı hedeflemektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | It is up most important for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) to have easy access to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, those comply with countries’ target market digital systems and those are ready for digital transformation, to upscale their digitalisation skills in today’s rapidly evolving foreign trade digital ecosystem. While large-scale companies have easy access to these systems as a result of their available resource allocation, it is critical for SMEs -with their higher rate of labour share- to benefit from governmental incentives for such systems to increase their share in country’s exports. This study aims to prove direct positive effect of ERP systems usage on country exports for SMEs. | en_US |
